Skeptical at first but a great experience overall. Getting a quote was simple, mailing the phone in was easy enough and the window in which I had to mail it off was generous enough. The time table I was given for a turn around was good and my payment was sent promptly. Every aspect of the process was true to their claims and I got the best value for my phone. I will be recommending them in the future and I will look to them the next time I look to offload a phone. I was skeptical at first but I trust in OC Buy Back after my experience.

Seller Beware I believe I fairly rated each of the 5 devices I sent to OCBuyBack. After receipt, all 5 devices were downgraded or declared to be damaged. I truly believe this was inaccurate and fraudulent in 4 of 5 cases. I received less than half of the price as was originally quoted. I will never recommend this service to my friends and co-workers, in fact, I will warn them of this scam.
