Seller Beware I believe I fairly rated each of the 5 devices I sent to OCBuyBack. After receipt, all 5 devices were downgraded or declared to be damaged. I truly believe this was inaccurate and fraudulent in 4 of 5 cases. I received less than half of the price as was originally quoted. I will never recommend this service to my friends and co-workers, in fact, I will warn them of this scam.

Fast payment delivery OC Buyback is a trust-worthy service. They paid the same amount as I saw on the site before selling my black Samsung Galaxy S8 phone to them. I received the payment via check within a few days. My only suggestion to them would be if they evaluate and find the phone to worth more than initially quoted, then pay the customer that extra amount. Skeptical at first but a great experience overall. Getting a quote was simple, mailing the phone in was easy enough and the window in which I had to mail it off was generous enough. The time table I was given for a turn around was good and my payment was sent promptly. Every aspect of the process was true to their claims and I got the best value for my phone. I will be recommending them in the future and I will look to them the next time I look to offload a phone. I was skeptical at first but I trust in OC Buy Back after my experience.

A VERY SMOOTH PROCESS A very simple process, just input your phone information, they give you a quote if it meets your price, then agree, give them your Paypal email and they give you a USPS Priority Mail label. You package your phones and mail them out, definitely track your package and when they receive it and in a day you have your money in your Paypal account. BEST THING they sent me more money because of the condition of our iPhones. Will definitely work with OCBuyBack again!
