A VERY SMOOTH PROCESS A very simple process, just input your phone information, they give you a quote if it meets your price, then agree, give them your Paypal email and they give you a USPS Priority Mail label. You package your phones and mail them out, definitely track your package and when they receive it and in a day you have your money in your Paypal account. Fast payment delivery OC Buyback is a trust-worthy service. They paid the same amount as I saw on the site before selling my black Samsung Galaxy S8 phone to them. My only suggestion to them would be if they evaluate and find the phone to worth more than initially quoted, then pay the customer that extra amount. Big disappointment Big disappointment. Sent a phone in pristine condition, they claim it's got issues and offer less than half the original price or they'll send it back. What are you going to do? Take the weak offer and move on. Sorry, can't recommend.

Super smooth transaction I had originally sent my Samsung phone to IWM for a higher sales price, but they screwed up and told me my phone was a different model, it's battery was shot and they would only give me a small fraction of the original quoted price.
