EuroBuzz Phones are Great! We just received our two EuroBuzz phones for an upcoming visit to Spain. The package included the phones, chargers, charging adapters, sim cards, and instructions just as we expected. We selected EuroBuzz because of the simplicity, cost, and ability to reuse these phones whenever we visit Europe or the United Kingdom in the future. We also appreciate that each phone comes with a USA phone number for our friends back home as well as a European number for those we meet abroad. Overall, this was a great value and we feel much more secure having these phones with us. Thank you EuroBuzz!

communication at last. We always had a problem communicating between Poland and The United States economically, but with Eurobuzz, it is now easy, affordable, and convenient. We bought 2 phones with power adapters for different voltages for like $40.00, you can't go wrong. Remember, when traveling abroad, communication is the key for love, friendship and safety. Eurobuzz has taken care of that for us.

Great customer service! We're going to Europe next month, and after doing some research online, decided to go with Eurobuzz. It was easy to order, and I immediately received a very friendly confirmation and tracking number. The phone showed up via Fedex 2 days later (really the next day since I had I ordered it in the evening) along with a charger, free set of travel adaptors as promised, and very clear, explicit directions on how to use it. The phone is very small, light and portable, So far, everything has been perfect!

Quick delivery, Wonderful response to email questions, happy with hardware After searching the web for solutions to cell phone while in Europe we decided on EuroBuzz because of the single rate for everything. We received the standard phone (SIM card already installed) plus a second SIM card for a different unlocked phone. Everything seems to work fine. Email response to questions was within 12 hours which is more than acceptable. We expect everything to work well when we get there next month. Couldn't be happier.

Good news and not-so-good news about Eurobuzz The good news is that my Eurobuzz phone was easy to order and arrived promptly and was easy to set up and worked very well in the UK. The not-so-good news is that my calls consistently dropped when I dialed from the bus-stop area at Dublin airport and there were quite a few areas in Ireland where I could not get any service at all. That said, I'm still open to, and looking forward to trying my Eurobuzz phone in other locations in Europe.
