Excellent customer service, great price, and fast shipping. I learned of Eurobuzz phones via web searches. I explored multiple options for phone coverage while traveling in Europe. This was by far the best price and easiest to accomplish. I read most of the reviews and everyone gives high praise to Eurobuzz. The service coverage area is also reported as better than most other phone companies. We will be traveling soon and report on the access to phone coverage. Thank you Eurobuzz.

Good news and not-so-good news about Eurobuzz The good news is that my Eurobuzz phone was easy to order and arrived promptly and was easy to set up and worked very well in the UK. The not-so-good news is that my calls consistently dropped when I dialed from the bus-stop area at Dublin airport and there were quite a few areas in Ireland where I could not get any service at all. That said, I'm still open to, and looking forward to trying my Eurobuzz phone in other locations in Europe.

Quick, efficient delivery with no hassles...good start ! This should be a real asset for anyone traveling to Europe while needing to keep in touch with specific people in the US. So far, the set-up has been better than expectations...the phone arrived a day before promised and the SIM card was already installed in the phone. The handset was compact, for ease of mobility. The multi-voltage charger and adapters make it simple to use in any country.

Simple, old school, efficient shipping, customer service was lovely. You don't need a fancy phone when you're using it just for emergencies abroad! This little phone is efficient but not smart enough to fight for my attention like my iphone. This is exactly what I want and need while visiting Italy, where there is plenty to look at in real life.
