Cheap and Easy to Use! Eurobuzz was recommended to me by a friend who's daughter was traveling around Europe. I did not want to bring my smartphone over, with fear of data charges and it getting lost, so this seemed like the perfect fit. The website walked me through all of my questions easily, it was extremely affordable, and it also included a complementary international travel adapter pack! I have been pleased with my purchase thus far and would recommend it to any travelers on a budget!

Simple, old school, efficient shipping, customer service was lovely. You don't need a fancy phone when you're using it just for emergencies abroad! This little phone is efficient but not smart enough to fight for my attention like my iphone. This is exactly what I want and need while visiting Italy, where there is plenty to look at in real life. Shipping and ordering was way easy and faster than I anticipated. I called customer service and it was a pleasure speaking with the agent. My questions were answered and we chatted a little about traveling. Hearing his recommendations was enjoyable and appreciated!

Fast, Simple, Easy After researching different options for cell phone usage in Europe, we decided on Eurobuzz because of the simplicity of having one SIM card that works in all of the countries we will be visiting. In the past, we have purchased different SIM cards in each country and it's a hassle and takes time out of valued vacation time. This seems like the perfect solution. We have not used the phone yet, as we haven't left for our trip, but from other reviews, we don't anticipate any problems once we get to Europe. We find having both a US and UK number to be helpful as well.

Very pleased with EuroBuzz We ordered 2 EuroBuzz phones for our 2 daughters who were both traveling to Europe. The sales representative was very helpful in answering all of our questions. The phones came quickly as promised, and they even cut us a break for having the phones shipped to 2 different addresses. Great customer service! We're going to Europe next month, and after doing some research online, decided to go with Eurobuzz. It was easy to order, and I immediately received a very friendly confirmation and tracking number. The phone showed up via Fedex 2 days later (really the next day since I had I ordered it in the evening) along with a charger, free set of travel adaptors as promised, and very clear, explicit directions on how to use it. The phone is very small, light and portable, So far, everything has been perfect!
