When Plato figured out my touch screen problem was not the minor crack but a chip problem, he let me know that I could skip fixing the screen if I wanted (saving me 85 dollars) and offered me a free temporary phone since the chip order would take 2 days. And he delivered the free phone right to my door, too! Everything was made as easy as it could be. My phone works great now and I never had to leave home!

Couldn’t be happier! Alex is wonderful! My son shattered his brand new iPad screen yesterday and I was at a loss of what to do. Professional, friendly service The technician was friendly and professional. He was masked and maintained social distance while we talked, took my tablet to his van and completed the screen replacement in about 30 minutes. Excellent service!
