GBRude customer service and slow warehousing Customer service agent won’t answer my call since I’m from Puerto Rico even though it’s a US number. Even after explaining I was a customer in text and was shipping to Texas they didn’t apologize, just stated they only do business in contiguous states. Also, my order still didn’t ship from their warehouse after 5 days. If you need quick turnaround or want respectful customer service, don’t buy here.

GBImpressed with them from start to finish I was a little skeptical about ordering from a company I hadn't heard about before, especially when the item wasn't inexpensive, but their price was attractive, so I took the plunge. I'm so glad I did! Shipping was fast and I got timely notifications all along the shipping process with a tracking number. Fast shipping and the item was exactly as described and arrived nicely packed. I would recommend them.
