GBRude customer service and slow warehousing Customer service agent won’t answer my call since I’m from Puerto Rico even though it’s a US number. Even after explaining I was a customer in text and was shipping to Texas they didn’t apologize, just stated they only do business in contiguous states. Also, my order still didn’t ship from their warehouse after 5 days. If you need quick turnaround or want respectful customer service, don’t buy here.
