USRude customer service and slow warehousing Customer service agent won’t answer my call since I’m from Puerto Rico even though it’s a US number. Even after explaining I was a customer in text and was shipping to Texas they didn’t apologize, just stated they only do business in contiguous states. Also, my order still didn’t ship from their warehouse after 5 days. If you need quick turnaround or want respectful customer service, don’t buy here.

USI ordered Sonos stuff from this… I ordered Sonos stuff from this website. Now it's not that easy to get Sonos these days and vidlogix had what I needed in stock and shipped the same day I placed my order. I got tracking later the same day and received my stuff two days later. I'm gunna get my sound stuff from there for now on.
