SellShark broke my phone then blamed me I sent SellShark an iPhone XS that was in perfect condition. When SellShark completed their "inspection" they reported that the screen was coming off of the phone, despite it being the original screen and in pristine condition when it was shipped. They said the phone was not as described and offered me a lower trade amount. I will be taking them to small claims court since they would not admit to being responsible for the issue.

Sellshark provided me with the pre-paid… Sellshark provided me with the pre-paid shipping label and I was easily able to ship my iMac (even in its original box, but I made sure to tell the post office it was fragile.) I recieved an email when sellshark recieved and approved my package, and another saying funds would be on its way to my account. Easiest process ever!!! I couldn't recommend sellshark more and I will use them for a while.

Sellshark is legit I have sold my gently used Apple products to sellshark for years. The customer service is always helpful with any questions, and the turnaround time for sending in your item and receiving your payout is always quick. They are much easier and less taxing to sell to than Craigslist or any other services I have tried. A++
