USSmooth process Smooth experience. I was not informed prior to shipping that the battery health needed to be above 80 percent. Since I had gone to the trouble to mail it I just took the lower offer they came back with after my phone “failed inspection”. Be aware. The check did arrive as promised and I would use them again … after making sure I understood all the rules.
