Great experience The buy back experience was very streamlined. I liked that they offered a variety of payment options rather than requiring my bank account information which I’m not comfortable with. It was a fair price without me having to try selling it myself.

Very reputable company I sent in an IPad and after a few snafus (through no fault of the company), my item was accepted and I received the payment the next day. There customer service was excellent. They were very patient with me and answered all my questions politely and swiftly. I would certainly do business with them again.

Great Experience! Highly Recommend! Very fast process! I do not understand reviews complaining about payout options, it's clearly stated on their website, if you don't approve of the options, then don't sell to them. Those reviews are the worst as it takes away from the actual experience. My experience was great. Was supposed to be delivered on the 21st but got delayed by ups for some reason. My item got processed and accepted on the 27th and had my echeck the same day. I would highly recommend them as long as you have your item meeting the requirements.
