very competitive Pricing for your… very competitive Pricing for your electronics. Communication is great. All around great company.

A great company to deal with I was very pleased with BuyBackTronics. They quickly handeled my item. I got a free shipping label on their website, so no cost to send my old phone. They sent my payment within 2 days od receiving it.

I would definitely use again. The process was very easy. They sent me everything including the shipping label with clear instructions. Once they received my 2 phones, I got an email saying they had received and would verify condition in the next couple days (totally understand because the phone need to hold a charge). 3 business days later I got an email saying the condition was as stated and they would deposit funders within 254 hours. Paypal sent and email that nights confirming the payment. I would definitely use them again. I also called to verify how I would be paid and got through to a person in about 2 minutes.

Seller Beware I am confused and feel slighted by them. Their evaluation grading system was clear and concise. After inspection they then misused words to lower my evaluation. Only a small dollar amount but I felt played. They then apologized for their mistake, made excuses, and I accepted their offer. Be carefull!

Everything as Promised My check came quickly, in the exact amount they quoted me. Shipping was a breeze. I ordered a box and label, so it was easy and fast. I will definitely use them again.
