Great Experience I recently sold my iPhone 14 Pro to Buy Back Tronics. I received an email from them on the same day they received the device confirming they received it. After 4 business days (they allow 3-5) my device was inspected and found to be in the condition I described it to be in (flawless). I received the e-check shortly afterward. I would definitely use again. The process was very easy. They sent me everything including the shipping label with clear instructions. Once they received my 2 phones, I got an email saying they had received and would verify condition in the next couple days (totally understand because the phone need to hold a charge). 3 business days later I got an email saying the condition was as stated and they would deposit funders within 254 hours. Paypal sent and email that nights confirming the payment. I would definitely use them again. I also called to verify how I would be paid and got through to a person in about 2 minutes.

Seller Beware I am confused and feel slighted by them. Their evaluation grading system was clear and concise. After inspection they then misused words to lower my evaluation. Only a small dollar amount but I felt played. They then apologized for their mistake, made excuses, and I accepted their offer. Be carefull!

Misleading advertising!!! I think it’s kinda misleading that your advertising says that payment is received in 1 day. However after receiving the item you send an email saying it will be processed in 3-5 days. I’ve used your services twice now and both times I picked buybacktronics because of the time frame your advertising “claims” to provide payment even though 4-5 of your competitors had a higher payout. Since this is obviously a lie I won’t be selling my other two phones to your company. Why take less of a pay out and still have to wait just as long to get my money. You should try and be upfront about the way you actually do things, people are tired of big businesses using shady business practices!!!
