GBI recently purchased a Motorola radio… I recently purchased a Motorola radio for resale to my customer. Neither he nor I were aware that the unit have to have further programming so that it could interface with those he already had. I contacted Joe Wood for help. Joe provided service over and above what I have grown to expect from other suppliers. He not only suggested a course of action but kept in constant contact with me to keep me informed of what information he needed to program the unit in an extremely timely fashion. GBNo replacement charger We order about 25 for the dental office that we work at. Multiple of the chargers never worked. When I contacted the rep who sold them to us, they said that you don't sell just the charger. I asked what can we do to fix this problem. I was informed that I would have to send the charger along with the radio back and that it can take up to a few weeks to replace. After spending the amount of money that we did, that was not the answer I was looking for. We use them and they work just fine, but not everyone is racing over to use the chargers. I wish that you sold just the chargers or have a replacement plan that I don't have to send the radio in as well.
