We have used these head set radios in… We have used these head set radios in our grocery store for a number of years and really like them. Our warehouse isn't attached to the store but distance isn't an issue with these. You can still plainly communicate from a couple hundred feet away. The only thing that's gone bad with a few was the wire connecting to the ear piece. It seems to wear through faster there but we had good service when we needed to replace that specific piece of wiring. I would highly recommend these. Our local Ace Hardware uses these and recommended them to us.

No replacement charger We order about 25 for the dental office that we work at. Multiple of the chargers never worked. When I contacted the rep who sold them to us, they said that you don't sell just the charger. I asked what can we do to fix this problem. I was informed that I would have to send the charger along with the radio back and that it can take up to a few weeks to replace. After spending the amount of money that we did, that was not the answer I was looking for. We use them and they work just fine, but not everyone is racing over to use the chargers. I wish that you sold just the chargers or have a replacement plan that I don't have to send the radio in as well.

Complete nightmare getting what we… Complete nightmare getting what we needed. Sales person made us feel he was more than competent but was unable to meet our needs. Returns were a mess. Found a local vendor that took care of our needs within days shortly after.
