GBComplete nightmare getting what we… Complete nightmare getting what we needed. Sales person made us feel he was more than competent but was unable to meet our needs. Returns were a mess. Found a local vendor that took care of our needs within days shortly after.

Since you could get any items online from multiple businesses for about the same prices nowadays, what separates a good business from others is their customer service!
