GBGreat Product The vibeboard is an outstanding product. We have two 75" S1 and will be purchasing more in the future. When working with a company for the first time (especially something in tech) you are unsure exactly what you are going to get. The vibe boards are intuitive and easy to get started. My favorite thing about the boards is that they allow me to work the way I want to (stand, whiteboard, touch, explore, etc.) while capturing and preserving everything for the digital world we live in.

GBPoor Vibe board experience UPDATE: 08/17/2020 What has caused our dispute is that you cannot expect your Vibe board to last 2 years. 3 of our 4 vibe boards have failed in 1 1/2 years, just outside of warranty. How is this sustainable? Additionally, It is ridiculous to consider 20% a deep discount. 07/16/2023 Our company is always looking to stay on the cutting edge of technology. We've purchased (4) Vibe boards. They provide our team and clients, with an excellent interactive tool to help run our business. Unfortunately, we just had our 3rd board fail out of our original 4. That is a 75% failure rate within a year and a half, 6 months out of their warranty period. These boards need improvement before selling any more of them. Beware of the poor quality of these units and the unwillingness of Vibe to stand behind them.

AUGood Experience We had a problem with the vibe board that we purchased 2 years ago from amazon.au. Vibe was unable to assist with repairing the unit. The experience from using the Vibe board over the last 2 years was so good that we purchased 2 more boards. Vibe provided a discount and promptly shipped. My only suggestion would be to look at having a distributor based in Australia who can sell and support the product. It is a great product, price-wise very competitive. With a quality marketing campaign and distribution network, I think the product would do great here.

GBPoor Customer Service - Vibe doesn't work. We bought the 55" Vibe in March 2023 for our new offices. We finally got moved in April 2023. The Vibe worked initially, and then we started having problems with the TV powering on and off. We contacted Vibe and were to told update the system. We did the update and there was no change. We contacted Vibe back and got no response. They sent us a survey in November about how they did, which I replied they did not do good. It has been crickets from them since then. The Vibe concept is really ok, but overpriced and we don't use it because the power is unreliable and a pain to get turned on. Then it shuts off in the middle of our meetings. We tend to hook the laptop up to the 65" TV in the conference room and use zoom while the Vibe sits unused in the corner. This particular Vibe unit may have been a manufacturing defect, and it is unfortunate that we got that one, but the service from Vibe has been very bad on this. It's cool when it works, but frustrating overall due to the problems we've had. I just wish Vibe would stand behind their customer service and make this right.

GBWe love our Vibe board We love our Vibe board! In meetings, we can share documents on the screen and handwrite notes and edits on the documents. Instead of strategizing on a white board or a flipchart, we can handwrite on the vibe board, erase easily, move text easily, and then share the final screens with everyone easily. We can put copies of those screens in our minutes or notes from meetings. It's fabulous! It makes my job as an executive assistant so much easier and serves the whole team well.
