Good Experience We had a problem with the vibe board that we purchased 2 years ago from amazon.au. Vibe was unable to assist with repairing the unit. The experience from using the Vibe board over the last 2 years was so good that we purchased 2 more boards. Vibe provided a discount and promptly shipped. My only suggestion would be to look at having a distributor based in Australia who can sell and support the product. It is a great product, price-wise very competitive. With a quality marketing campaign and distribution network, I think the product would do great here.

Poor Vibe board experience UPDATE: 08/17/2020 What has caused our dispute is that you cannot expect your Vibe board to last 2 years. 3 of our 4 vibe boards have failed in 1 1/2 years, just outside of warranty. How is this sustainable? Additionally, It is ridiculous to consider 20% a deep discount. 07/16/2023 Our company is always looking to stay on the cutting edge of technology. We've purchased (4) Vibe boards. They provide our team and clients, with an excellent interactive tool to help run our business. Unfortunately, we just had our 3rd board fail out of our original 4. That is a 75% failure rate within a year and a half, 6 months out of their warranty period. These boards need improvement before selling any more of them. Beware of the poor quality of these units and the unwillingness of Vibe to stand behind them.

This company is doing absolutely everything right We have had our VIBE board for a few months now and are really just getting to figure out everything that is possible with it. What is truly remarkable is the support this company gives to it's customers. We have had an onboarding session with Ruth which was very helpful and any time we have reached out with any question we are supported quickly and more than I would ever expect in today's world. If you are thinking about a smartboard I would look no further. This company is doing absolutely everything right.

Multi purpose, game changer We have purchased 7 vibe boards for our school so far. They make a big difference for our teachers in the classrooms. They are also a great multi purpose tool we have used in parent events, kids fun nights, staff orientation and more!

Vibe's tech team scores a big A+. I was in communication with 2 Vibe techs: Rhett and Ruth. Rhett began the communication and he was excellent...because my problem was time sensitive and because Rhett's schedule was filled, his associate Ruth took over me. She was absolutely remarkable: Ruth was very knowledgeable, very, very patient, and an excellent communicator. Who can ask for anything more. Vibe's tech team scores a big A+.
