GBVibe's tech team scores a big A+. I was in communication with 2 Vibe techs: Rhett and Ruth. Rhett began the communication and he was excellent...because my problem was time sensitive and because Rhett's schedule was filled, his associate Ruth took over me. She was absolutely remarkable: Ruth was very knowledgeable, very, very patient, and an excellent communicator. Who can ask for anything more. Vibe's tech team scores a big A+.

GBMy Vibe arrived damaged by the shipping… My Vibe arrived damaged by the shipping company, but once it was replaced I fell in love. The display is beautiful in my office and easy to use and very versatile. From watching tutorials with my team to reviewing documents and diagrams it works great both in the room and remote. Thanks for creating a great product!

GBPoor Customer Service - Vibe doesn't work. We bought the 55" Vibe in March 2023 for our new offices. We finally got moved in April 2023. The Vibe worked initially, and then we started having problems with the TV powering on and off. We contacted Vibe and were to told update the system. We did the update and there was no change. We contacted Vibe back and got no response. They sent us a survey in November about how they did, which I replied they did not do good. It has been crickets from them since then. The Vibe concept is really ok, but overpriced and we don't use it because the power is unreliable and a pain to get turned on. Then it shuts off in the middle of our meetings. We tend to hook the laptop up to the 65" TV in the conference room and use zoom while the Vibe sits unused in the corner. This particular Vibe unit may have been a manufacturing defect, and it is unfortunate that we got that one, but the service from Vibe has been very bad on this. It's cool when it works, but frustrating overall due to the problems we've had. I just wish Vibe would stand behind their customer service and make this right.

AUGood Experience We had a problem with the vibe board that we purchased 2 years ago from amazon.au. Vibe was unable to assist with repairing the unit. The experience from using the Vibe board over the last 2 years was so good that we purchased 2 more boards. Vibe provided a discount and promptly shipped. My only suggestion would be to look at having a distributor based in Australia who can sell and support the product. It is a great product, price-wise very competitive. With a quality marketing campaign and distribution network, I think the product would do great here.
