Best choice to sell used phones I have to say this is the best way to dispose of old cell phones. Went online and entered the information for my phone, immediately received an offer and a shipping label. Took my phone to the post office the next day. I checked the tracking on my phone to Learn. The package had been delivered the next business day and received my refund the following business day. The whole process took five days including weekends. The payment was for the full amount of what they had valued my phone. I am very pleased!

Beforehand though, I reviewed my iPhone with an ATT rep, and they told me my phone was worth at least 600$ (not including other sellers quotes, trade-in 700$, etc.) plus the phone was in great condition. Anyway, I got a shipping label, and ultimately, sent off my phone to them. Later, I got an email from BuyBack Surgeons Rep indicating that my phone was not mint (which i understand- it's not new) but it was in great shape, 512GB and no scratches. Anyway, then they proceeded with offering me $405, not 495$ per their assessment (used, not mint). I accepted the lowball offer since I didn't want to fuzz with having them send it back to me. All in all, I would suggest to any seller to be patient and sell your phone on your own, locally if you can.

I wrote a review assuming this was… I wrote a review assuming this was another scam company. After my experience with Jason I came to realize I was wrong. Jason was professional and exhibited great customer service as well as being knowledgeable. I tried to delete my 1st review but couldn't figure out how. I would give this company an 8 star if I could all because of Jason, he represents Buyback Surgeon well. I will most definitely refer this company to sell your use cell phones, and will be selling my iPhone watch series 7 because I no longer have my iPhone.

Trustworthy and Efficient First time selling my iPhone as I usually just pass them on to family and friends or trade in. I was obviously nervous but they were gracious and reasonable with the value and will be sending over the payment. The efficiency is amazing. I wish I knew about them before!
