Very bad product I purchased a laptop from discount electronics four days ago, i was hoping it would be good however, from the moment I turned it on, it was clear that something was wrong. It kept freezing, crashing, and the battery life was abysmal. Despite my efforts to troubleshoot, the issues persisted. When I reached out to customer service for help, I was met with nothing but frustration. The representatives were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in resolving my problem. After numerous calls and emails, I was told that there was nothing they could do and that I was stuck with a faulty laptop. Not only is the product itself unreliable, but the lack of support from the company has left me incredibly disappointed. I will never purchase from this company again and would advise others to steer clear as well. stay way from discount electronics
