GBThis is the first bullet type blender… This is the first bullet type blender I've had so I don't have anything other than my larger Ninja blender to compare it to. I'll say having used it immediately after getting it and it was very surprising. In a fraction of the time I was able to make a smoothie with hidden veggies for my autistic daughter and she loved it. She is extremely particular about the consistency and hates any chunks in her smoothies. What a huge success! Clean up was super easy. I basically just rinsed the cups out after and they were good to go. Would definitely recommend it to others!

GBExcellent HEPA!!! I have purchased 7 or 8 of these Air Filters because they are exceptional units! They are small, quiet, powerful and take in air from three different directions. I highly recommend this product! I'm more than satisfied after using them 6 months already!

GBThe people at koiosshop.com were disingenuous. I was led to believe that in return fo providing a review of your Immersion Blender I would receive an Amazon gift card. I provided the review and the required documents, but it appears you have reneged on your part. It's too bad. GBRey was SUPER responsive Rey was SUPER responsive. He was empathetic and quickly responded to my issue with an agreeable resolution. Honestly I didn't expect to chat with a real person when I clicked on the chat icon. But I was quickly routed to a real person. Rey answered and explained the initial interaction was an AI bot, but I was talking with a real person now. Our interaction was a very quick, satisfying and efficient experience. Five stars. :)
