GBExcellent product and customer service I have bought the 800 watt blender in November 2019. I really liked the immersion blender and whisk and they are used almost everyday. They take up less kitchen space and have enough power to do the job efficiently. After almost two years of use the whisk attachment accidentally stuck into sink and broken. Now here comes the biggest advantage of this particular product over thousand similar products: After Sales Service! They have their own website and own customer service. I could easily contact via online chat and they have assured me to send a replacement whisk base attachment. Now a days you can hardly find such service with product costing less than 50$. I am really happy with the customer service.

GBI just wanted to show how grateful I… I just wanted to show how grateful I am, after purchasing my first juicer, I run into some electronics problems with the motor. Contact customer service and they were very helpful and rest assured I received a brand new juicer. Now I can continue with my juice Diet. Thank you. Greatly appreciated 🙏🏾

GBThis is the first bullet type blender… This is the first bullet type blender I've had so I don't have anything other than my larger Ninja blender to compare it to. I'll say having used it immediately after getting it and it was very surprising. In a fraction of the time I was able to make a smoothie with hidden veggies for my autistic daughter and she loved it. She is extremely particular about the consistency and hates any chunks in her smoothies. What a huge success! Clean up was super easy. I basically just rinsed the cups out after and they were good to go. Would definitely recommend it to others!

GBQuick Responses, Kind Attitude The little rubber or plastic part inside the main blender attachment broke, and I emailed for info about a new one. The person that helped me was extremely quick to respond and sent the info over to the people that handle replacement parts immediately. I really appreciated the kindness and professional attitude from Christine from KOIOS!

GBJob well done. I had a broken part on my immersion blender, which I love by the way. Robert was my customer service rep. He neither harassed me nor tried to get me to jump hoops to prove anything. He was polite, professional and he approved the replacement of the part that I need. It still hasn't arrived yet but that has nothing to do with Robert. It's probably stuck out in the Pacific Ocean somewhere. The main thing I appreciated about Robert was that he voluntarily looked up my order to see if it was under warranty. I hadn't even thought of that.
