GBAlex- Best CSR After a couple of months, my personal blender went on the fritz (I simply make one small smoothie each morning). It was just bad luck I supposed so I called Customer Service. I spoke with Alex who was extremely helpful and courteous. All good, since I am still under warranty they are sending out a replacement

GBExcellent HEPA!!! I have purchased 7 or 8 of these Air Filters because they are exceptional units! They are small, quiet, powerful and take in air from three different directions. I highly recommend this product! I'm more than satisfied after using them 6 months already!

Rep Russel contacted me and advised me how to locate order number. He immediately responded back with follow up emails. Advised it would be coming from overseas and would take a few weeks.
