Rep Russel contacted me and advised me how to locate order number. He immediately responded back with follow up emails. Advised it would be coming from overseas and would take a few weeks. He was incredibly helpful, sincere and professional. Great customer service. Part arrived today and we can begin to use juicer again. Thank You Russel. Totally worth the wait. Thank you. Jamie.

I provided the review and the required documents, but it appears you have reneged on your part. It's too bad. USRey was SUPER responsive Rey was SUPER responsive. He was empathetic and quickly responded to my issue with an agreeable resolution. Honestly I didn't expect to chat with a real person when I clicked on the chat icon. But I was quickly routed to a real person. Rey answered and explained the initial interaction was an AI bot, but I was talking with a real person now. Our interaction was a very quick, satisfying and efficient experience. Five stars. :)
