Had to email and phone for defective discount code. 1st reply: It's good, must be your browser do this...FOLLOWED ALL INSTRUCTIONS, STILL DID NOT WORK. Emailed my dilemma... 2nd reply: It works fine so just apply it for refund/ rebate after purchase. FOLLOWED ALL INSTRUCTIONS, STILL DID NOT WORK. Emailed for refund in amount of discount, discount applied. HOW MUCH OF MY TIME DID THIS TAKE FOR $13.52 DISCOUNT??!!

GBThis is the first bullet type blender… This is the first bullet type blender I've had so I don't have anything other than my larger Ninja blender to compare it to. I'll say having used it immediately after getting it and it was very surprising. In a fraction of the time I was able to make a smoothie with hidden veggies for my autistic daughter and she loved it. She is extremely particular about the consistency and hates any chunks in her smoothies. What a huge success! Clean up was super easy. I basically just rinsed the cups out after and they were good to go. Would definitely recommend it to others!

GBRey was SUPER responsive Rey was SUPER responsive. He was empathetic and quickly responded to my issue with an agreeable resolution. Honestly I didn't expect to chat with a real person when I clicked on the chat icon. But I was quickly routed to a real person. Rey answered and explained the initial interaction was an AI bot, but I was talking with a real person now. Our interaction was a very quick, satisfying and efficient experience. Five stars. :)

GBThe top of our je-70 juicer cracked The top of our je-70 juicer cracked, I contacted koios via email and they responded immediately. Rep Russel contacted me and advised me how to locate order number. He immediately responded back with follow up emails. Advised it would be coming from overseas and would take a few weeks. He was incredibly helpful, sincere and professional. Great customer service. Part arrived today and we can begin to use juicer again. Thank You Russel. Totally worth the wait. Thank you. Jamie.

GBAlex- Best CSR After a couple of months, my personal blender went on the fritz (I simply make one small smoothie each morning). It was just bad luck I supposed so I called Customer Service. I spoke with Alex who was extremely helpful and courteous. All good, since I am still under warranty they are sending out a replacement
