GBKelly A+++++ Kelly, the customer service agent I worked with to handle a problem with my juicer, should be training other CS agents. NEVER was there a word making me wrong or stupid. There was polite yet friendly apology for any inconvenience, plus the right remedy was given swiftly and efficiently which handled the problem. I sincerely pray that Kelly is put in some sort of trainer position. 85% (a generous estimate) of Cust. Svc. people are, sadly, not equipped to handle the public. Kelly gets an A+++++ from me. GBThe people at koiosshop.com were disingenuous. I was led to believe that in return fo providing a review of your Immersion Blender I would receive an Amazon gift card. I provided the review and the required documents, but it appears you have reneged on your part. It's too bad. GBThe top of our je-70 juicer cracked The top of our je-70 juicer cracked, I contacted koios via email and they responded immediately. Rep Russel contacted me and advised me how to locate order number. He immediately responded back with follow up emails. Advised it would be coming from overseas and would take a few weeks. He was incredibly helpful, sincere and professional. Great customer service. Part arrived today and we can begin to use juicer again. Thank You Russel. Totally worth the wait. Thank you. Jamie.

GBunit replacement This review is for my experience with Russel, the support team member who received my call the second time I called. He is very polite and responsive. He is also knowledgeable and very willing to help. He emailed me the information I needed and responded to every email I sent. According to him, my claim has been submitted so I’m just waiting for the replacement unit now. So well see and I hope they come through.

GBExcellent HEPA!!! I have purchased 7 or 8 of these Air Filters because they are exceptional units! They are small, quiet, powerful and take in air from three different directions. I highly recommend this product! I'm more than satisfied after using them 6 months already!
