GBunit replacement This review is for my experience with Russel, the support team member who received my call the second time I called. He is very polite and responsive. He is also knowledgeable and very willing to help. He emailed me the information I needed and responded to every email I sent. According to him, my claim has been submitted so I’m just waiting for the replacement unit now. So well see and I hope they come through.

GBThis is the first bullet type blender… This is the first bullet type blender I've had so I don't have anything other than my larger Ninja blender to compare it to. I'll say having used it immediately after getting it and it was very surprising. In a fraction of the time I was able to make a smoothie with hidden veggies for my autistic daughter and she loved it. She is extremely particular about the consistency and hates any chunks in her smoothies. What a huge success! Clean up was super easy. I basically just rinsed the cups out after and they were good to go. Would definitely recommend it to others!

GBThe people at koiosshop.com were disingenuous. I was led to believe that in return fo providing a review of your Immersion Blender I would receive an Amazon gift card. I provided the review and the required documents, but it appears you have reneged on your part. It's too bad.
