GBunit replacement This review is for my experience with Russel, the support team member who received my call the second time I called. He is very polite and responsive. He is also knowledgeable and very willing to help. He emailed me the information I needed and responded to every email I sent. According to him, my claim has been submitted so I’m just waiting for the replacement unit now. So well see and I hope they come through.

I provided the review and the required documents, but it appears you have reneged on your part. It's too bad. Had to email and phone for defective discount code. 1st reply: It's good, must be your browser do this...FOLLOWED ALL INSTRUCTIONS, STILL DID NOT WORK. Emailed my dilemma... 2nd reply: It works fine so just apply it for refund/ rebate after purchase. FOLLOWED ALL INSTRUCTIONS, STILL DID NOT WORK. Emailed for refund in amount of discount, discount applied. HOW MUCH OF MY TIME DID THIS TAKE FOR $13.52 DISCOUNT??!!
