I don’t know if the guy who helped me… I don’t know if the guy who helped me will receive this but if he does then thank you because I ordered an HP monitor that was refurbished and even though my order was not able to be fulfilled he called me and then filled it with a manufacturer Drop shipment I definitely appreciated him reaching out. I got my monitor and it matches my old one and now my desktop looks fantastic. I wasn’t just looking for it to look fantastic for me I was making sure it looked fantastic for my clients too. thank you

Easy Exchange I wanted another HP monitor to match my work monitor. I didn’t realize that I ordered the wrong HP monitor until I opened it. Sam was very helpful in letting me return the monitor and sending me the monitor that matched my work monitor. I had to pay the shipping to send it back the monitor that I ordered incorrectly which is totally understandable but Sam sent out the other monitor right after receiving the one that I ordered by mistake. Great Customer Service. Thanks Sam. Greatly appreciated.
