USIncredible, next-level customer support Long story short, I had a nightmarish experience with HP where I sent in a fancy monitor that developed a defect as part of a warrantee claim but after talking with 20 different HP employees over two weeks, HP couldn’t figure out how to send me back a working unit. It was the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had with a manufacturer. I wrote 313 Technology and asked if they could help escalate, and within an hour got a call from a 313 Technology team member. They then used their connections with HP to escalate, including communicating back and forth with HP on my behalf, and a three-way call with HP and me. They kept me up to date via phone calls, emails, and texts. Within one week of getting involved, 313 Technology got HP to resolve the issue and send me back the proper unit. It was amazing to work with 313 Technology. The whole team was incredibly responsive, and an advocate for their customers. I STRONGLY recommend the team at 313 Technology for what is truly outstanding customer service and will be using them for my future tech needs.
