The price was exceptional that I took a chance not knowing if I would get my item or if it would be the same quality. I was super ecstatic when it turned out to be the authentic item and game in good timing. I absolutely love my mats & love the experience with Renewgoo. I love that they use Shop so I can track my item. I’ll definitely be purchasing again.

I wish I had gone to this store sooner! I had an opportunity to visit this store and wish I had gone to visit much sooner! The deals were amazing and the inventory was massive. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I am definitely going back again and again!

Don't trust the Return Policy If you want to be on the hook for return shipping after receiving used and defective copies of what you ordered, Renewgoo is your company. I purchased a ceiling fan and received a copy that had been returned by another customer, who wrapped and labeled one of the light bulb covers as broken. Renewgoo put the defective copy back in inventory without replacing the broken part, and it was eventually shipped to me. Do NOT trust their claim of offering hassle free returns. They refuse to pay for return shipping by citing an unpublished "rule", which they claim negates their return policy.
