Great service I ordered three things. When the second thing was not in "customer satisfactory condition", they 1) informed me and 2) sent me a giftcard with the amount I'd spent, all without me asking for anything. The products even arrived early. I'd definitely buy from them again

Poorly Constructed and Managed Online Site First my order never arrived and Renewgoo said it USPS fault and that it was on me to resolve the issue. After multiple attempts with no resolution, Renewgoo offered a gift card. I ordered five item online (all claiming to be in stock) only to have the order cancelled because the items were either damages or unavailable. I ordered three other items and again, the order was cancelled. Renewgoo then told me that only 35 of the 1000+ items online were able to be ordered. Never again.

This was the first time buying from… This was the first time buying from Renewgoo and with anything you don't know what to expect. Honestly they couldn't have done any better than they did. From the site being easy to navigate on through to my purchase being delivered 2 days before the estimate, it all was deserving of the 5stars I gave it. Not only was my purchase hard to find anywhere, in fact it was discontinued, I was able to buy 2 of them at a price not close to any other I've ever seen before. I almost felt bad buying them for what they wanted. Haha! I never do reviews but since they did right by me, I'm paying it forward doing this. I recommend using Renewgoo, they got their 5stars honest.
