I bought a power wheels battery I recently ordered a power wheels battery and they sent me the wrong one, even though the receipt clearly showed the one I ordered. I notified them by email and they promptly got back to me and had the right one shipped the same day. Although they made a mistake I'm very satisfied with the resolution and will certainly do business with them again.

Fantastic! Absolutely the best customer service I've had online shopping! My order shipped the day I ordered it. Unfortunately, my phone auto-filled my old address. I didn't realize it, until it didn't show up the day it was supposed to and checked the tracking info. USPS said they were returning it, if possible. I sent an email explaining what happened, apologizing and offering to pay the shipping (it was a power wheels battery...not light!). When I woke up the next morning for work, I had an email from them already letting me know they had sent another one already and "hopefully they return it". No questions asked and no additional charges. These guys rock!

Great easy to use website with fast shipping and great customer service My first order with 2xpower and i purchased the wrong item. I sent them an email hoping they would read it before they shipped. Sure enough the next day they shipped correct item and refunded the difference back to PayPal no drama no phone calls no emails they just took care of my mistake. I will definitely make future purchases from them.

Great and intuitive interface I really enjoyed how intuitive the website interface was for ordering battery cables. I would suggest adding the ability to select adding one or two 6 to 10 AWG pigtails to 1/0 and 2/0 battery cables. Helps give a factory look to the customers project that way.
