Not good. I ordered a cell phone battery on March 5 because mine was DEAD, and as of March 13, I have NOT received it. You should offer delivery options other than USPS, such as UPS or FedEx. As of today, March 14, the cell phone battery has not been delivered, and I see that the charge for the battery was posted on my credit card on March 6, 2015. The tracking number is of no use, since it only shows that the shipping label was made on March 6, and no other details are given to date. To say I am disappointed is an understatement ! As up today, March 16, the battery has NOT been delivered !!!

Great experience This was my first encounter with 2xPower and I have to say I was most favorably impressed. Their prices were reasonable and competitive, shipping was free and fast. Their website is top rate and the product was advertised and described exactly as it is. I have bookmarked their site on my computer and I will certainly refer to them for products in the future.

I would not hesitate to use 2XPower again!!! I ordered two Deltran battery charger adapters, and chose the free mailing option. They both arrived ahead of the estimate and were in fact authentic Deltran and not some off brand. Great products, prices and service. These guys are good.

Excellent customer service I ordered a charger for my son's John Deere tractor. After 5 days of not receiving it I contacted the company. Apparently the post office lost my package. The company immediately issued a full refund. I would order from them again in the future.
