Fantastic! Absolutely the best customer service I've had online shopping! My order shipped the day I ordered it. Unfortunately, my phone auto-filled my old address. I didn't realize it, until it didn't show up the day it was supposed to and checked the tracking info. USPS said they were returning it, if possible. I sent an email explaining what happened, apologizing and offering to pay the shipping (it was a power wheels battery...not light!). When I woke up the next morning for work, I had an email from them already letting me know they had sent another one already and "hopefully they return it". No questions asked and no additional charges. These guys rock!

Not good. I ordered a cell phone battery on March 5 because mine was DEAD, and as of March 13, I have NOT received it. You should offer delivery options other than USPS, such as UPS or FedEx. As of today, March 14, the cell phone battery has not been delivered, and I see that the charge for the battery was posted on my credit card on March 6, 2015. The tracking number is of no use, since it only shows that the shipping label was made on March 6, and no other details are given to date. To say I am disappointed is an understatement ! As up today, March 16, the battery has NOT been delivered !!!

noisuues Order some batteries for my dogs under ground fence collars. Received exactly what was ordered. In this case interstate brand. Read on some other sites people did not get what they ordered, different brands and batteries dead. So far so good here after a week. Should last 1 yr or more.

Custom Battery Cables I purchased four custom battery cables from 2xPower and am very pleased with the product and the speed of shipping. The custom battery cables were made exactly to how I ordered them on the website, which made installation quick and easy. The cables were higher priced than other battery cables, but the high quality and the ability to customize them exactly what I wanted definitely justified the cost. I will not have to buy another set of battery cables for that vehicle for another 30 years.
