Smartpost delivery sucks It has been over a week since I ordered product and the Fedex Smartpost shipment has not arrived yet when your facility is only a 45 minute drive away. Competitors manage to get their shipments out the door and here much quicker.

Point Supplies had the exact part that… Point Supplies had the exact part that was needed to connect my trolling motor to the fish finder. Ordering was easy and the part was delivered within 3 days of ordering.

Wrong product advertised or shipped Wrong product advertised or shipped - I cannot be sure. ...and that is because Point Supples wasn't sure (in their response). Communication by e-mail has been less than timely. In fact, superbly delayed at one response per day and per every two days.

The product was the correct size and… The product was the correct size and delivery was very expedient. I ordered the same product from a different supplier and the size advertised was wrong and would not fit my breakers. Good job!!

The article I ordered was delivered quickly at an excellent price. The article I ordered was delivered in only a couple of days and Point Supplies kept me updated the whole time. Excellent price and they notified me about the shipment from ordering to delivery.
