GBI love the look The device is aesthetically pleasing. It matches well with our minimalistic office. But the features - wow! It makes our meetings look like they’re being directed manually. The only advice I can offer to potential buyers and first-time users is to double-check how you insert the USB cable at the bottom. You should insert it properly. The support team suggested listening for an audible “click”. We had trouble with it initially only to find out that the cable was not attached correctly by us. The company’s support team was very helpful.

GBNo visual indication when pressing the power buttons No visual indication when pressing the power buttons We cannot tell if the power buttons are doing anything since we cant see any indication apart from the changing lights at the button. It would have been better if we also saw that on the computer monitor or something

GBGreat service, wonderful product As a company that does business with multiple vendors and customers, we needed a video conferencing camera that would provide us with reliable meetings. After extensive research, we found Coolpo and it's been better than anything else on the market. Every little update comes out, I feel like they're listening to our feedback and improving on it! One thing to change would be the USB cable. I wish it was longer. We simply asked them to provide us with a longer one and they literally delivered.

GBGood product update Improve for taller meeting participants First I want to say, this is a great idea, and it has been a worthwhile purchase. But even for local video recording (not using any video conferencing platform), the picture quality is quite basic. The only complaint I have is that it would be nice if it was smart enough to look a little higher for tall people. The other thing I don't like is the short cord. I will be purchasing a longer cord for this
