GBGreat service, wonderful product As a company that does business with multiple vendors and customers, we needed a video conferencing camera that would provide us with reliable meetings. After extensive research, we found Coolpo and it's been better than anything else on the market. Every little update comes out, I feel like they're listening to our feedback and improving on it! One thing to change would be the USB cable. I wish it was longer. We simply asked them to provide us with a longer one and they literally delivered.

GBWireless device? It’s so difficult to plug the USB and power cables! I thought it was broken but the customer service was kind enough to explain that it was just a matter of pushing the USB cord further until I hear a click sound. They should think of a better way to connect it to my computer, maybe go wireless or something.

GBGood product update Improve for taller meeting participants First I want to say, this is a great idea, and it has been a worthwhile purchase. But even for local video recording (not using any video conferencing platform), the picture quality is quite basic. The only complaint I have is that it would be nice if it was smart enough to look a little higher for tall people. The other thing I don't like is the short cord. I will be purchasing a longer cord for this
