GBLate intervention saves the day? I ordered a LG Electronics 60LB7100 through NiceElectronics website on Cyber Monday. After having an issue with stockage, Alfred (a manager) got in contact with me and wanted to make it right. He worked with me to come up with a solution that met my needs without any additional costs. I am still waiting for my product, but I am much more convinced that this company wants to do the right thing. Once I actually receive the product, I will edit this review (again) with my final thoughts on the transaction. For now, I am giving them 5/5 due to the personal intervention of the manager.

GBHighly recommend Nice I dealt with Nick he gave me the best price on my new Tv . After I received Tv he assisted me in calibrating my Tv . I called other stores and they were rude and were to busy to talk to me and answer my questions. Nick at Ext 102 my sales guy spent 15 minutes with me answering all my questions. I appreciate the good service.

GBWow. Got exactly what I wanted for a huge discount. Highly recommended. Just got my new 75" HU8550 yesterday and I was more than satisfied with my experience. I spoke to (NAME) on the phone and he was really friendly and helpful in explaining to me the differences between models before I made the purchase. I'd definitely recommend calling if you have any concerns about what you're buying. Since I'm located in NY, I was actually able to pick up my item directly from the warehouse. Honestly, the experience was great. (NAME) personally greeted me at the door, walked me to my TV and set it up to make sure everything worked properly before taking it home. He even helped load it into my car. Overall, I had a great experience and ended up with exactly what I wanted at a significantly discounted price. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

GBGreat service, amazing pricing, and NICE people! Recently purchased a 64" Samsung Plasma F8500. A top end plasma tv, that has won several awards, but is sadly being phased out by Samsung. Luckily Nice Electronics had several in stock, and I had the pleasure to work with (NAME) who provided great information about the set, offered amazing pricing, and followed through with the order. He also offered a wall mount and additional insurance, to which I went for the wall mount since I will be mounting the set. I declined the insurance however. I appreciate (NAME) service mentality as he was looking out for my needs and wants, and not just to make a sale. He was responsive to my questions and emails before the sale, and followed up with me to make sure the order went through. Cheers to (NAME) and Nice Electronics for providing great service and amazing pricing!

GByou'll never get a penny from them hi, I've been out of pocket since Jan since I bought a drone that wasn't up to much the company said not to worry as they would send maximum refund $60 but the refund hasn't turned up! I did accidentally sent£50 to them fearing the worst but it was fixed within a day so I don't get how they won't refund me
