He is a super nice guy and really seems to care about his customers. I think it is really top notch of them to call and try to resolve my issues.

Customer service at it's finest Spoke with a rep, clarified a few issues i had in ordering, and I'll be getting a Samsung 8550 withing a couple of weeks. He was knowledgeable and show me (texted picture) not only the tv he was going to ship but reviews and technical information on Cnet website in regards of Samsung tv panels. Great Experince Nice Electronics and in particular Nick and Victor have been fantastic. My TV was delivered in great condition and on time as promised. Customer service was excellent and all my questions were answered promptly.
