Great service. Just received my 4K UHD Samsung when I noticed Best Buy had a big weekend Super Bowl sale on the same tv for less than I had paid. I called Nice Electronics customer service and they immediately credited the difference to match Best Buy. Wow, needless to say, I will definitely buy from Nice Electronics again.

Wow! Great Surprise! I bought the wrong Samsung 55 inch curved TV on Black Friday. In a panic I called Nice Electronics left a voicemail and sent them an email to try to get the order corrected. They are not open on Sunday but they called me anyway! I learned more in 10 minutes with (NAME) from Nice Electronics that I did in an hour at Best Buy! I stayed away from (external reference) Abes and Maine because of the bad reviews I read online. (NAME) was able to explain to me what I was looking at online and how I could buy the right thing! Nice Electronics was not the cheapest quote online but definitely worth the experience! I am looking forward to the white glove experience when my Samsung curve TV 9000 is delivered. Many thanks to (NAME) at Nice! I plan to write a follow-up after I take delivery.

Highly recommend Nice I dealt with Nick he gave me the best price on my new Tv . After I received Tv he assisted me in calibrating my Tv . I called other stores and they were rude and were to busy to talk to me and answer my questions. Nick at Ext 102 my sales guy spent 15 minutes with me answering all my questions. I appreciate the good service.

Bait and Switch! Avoid like the plague! Ordered a Nikon D750 at a low price, got an email to contact the company. Given a song and dance about how I don't want this model, but will sell the one I need for "only" $600 more. If you want to see a lot of real reviews of Nice Electronics go to dpreview. Additionally, I spoke to (NAME) three times and I never received the camera I ordered on Feb. 9.
