Had an issue, but resolved on good terms Ordered a 65” Samsung 4k TV for a very reasonable price given that it was USA model with original Samsung panel. Ran into some issues with shipping, but emailed the company and got everything worked out. I admit I was skeptical at first, but these guys are very pleasant, and they will get you where you need to be if you let them.

Great service. Just received my 4K UHD Samsung when I noticed Best Buy had a big weekend Super Bowl sale on the same tv for less than I had paid. I called Nice Electronics customer service and they immediately credited the difference to match Best Buy. Wow, needless to say, I will definitely buy from Nice Electronics again.

Great service, amazing pricing, and NICE people! Recently purchased a 64" Samsung Plasma F8500. A top end plasma tv, that has won several awards, but is sadly being phased out by Samsung. Luckily Nice Electronics had several in stock, and I had the pleasure to work with (NAME) who provided great information about the set, offered amazing pricing, and followed through with the order. He also offered a wall mount and additional insurance, to which I went for the wall mount since I will be mounting the set. I declined the insurance however. I appreciate (NAME) service mentality as he was looking out for my needs and wants, and not just to make a sale. He was responsive to my questions and emails before the sale, and followed up with me to make sure the order went through. He is a super nice guy and really seems to care about his customers. I think it is really top notch of them to call and try to resolve my issues.

Wow. Got exactly what I wanted for a huge discount. Highly recommended. Just got my new 75" HU8550 yesterday and I was more than satisfied with my experience. I spoke to (NAME) on the phone and he was really friendly and helpful in explaining to me the differences between models before I made the purchase. I'd definitely recommend calling if you have any concerns about what you're buying. Since I'm located in NY, I was actually able to pick up my item directly from the warehouse. Honestly, the experience was great. (NAME) personally greeted me at the door, walked me to my TV and set it up to make sure everything worked properly before taking it home.
