Fast shipping, great service but faulty item. Please hence that this is an old review but removed due to posting proof of purchase (which isn't allowed by Trustpilot). Original date 28th of july 2011: Swift replies from customer care. Friendly staff and despite the announced shipping time of 15-30 days, my order arrived after 5 days after being processed. Yes, I do recommend this shop to anyone looking to purchase from it. Update: The charger of one of the items I ordered was faulty by fabric, I informed McBub about this and the staff were eager to please as they sent me a totallyl new product (without additional charge). Now that's SERVICE!

mcbub beware!!! do not buy from this company. bought two android tablets for christmas nothing would download, both tablets total junk. horrible customer service and not just because of the time change or language barrier. they play stupid like we didnt get your order back yet, we'll refund you when we get shipped back. yet tracking info says they wont sign. after three weeks and filing a dispute with paypal I finally got my money back!horrible!! zero stars!

untrustworthy I made a purchased a tablet from Mcbub in December. After about 60 days, the power cord was stripped. I asked Mcbub for a replacement and i told i need to buy another one. So i finally did. Not once but twice, they sent me a car charger (no what i ordered). They requested that i take picture of the charger they sent and give details about their own product, as if i purchased it from some other site. I requested that if they can't send me what i ordered in a timely manner that i want a refund. They replied " i will send phone charger quickly". I was DONE. Why do i need a product that i can't use and the company can't send the correct item nor do they seem to know anything about their products (it seems). After round and round about a refund they finally said, ok. From: [email protected] CC: [email protected]; [email protected] "I'm so sorry ,if there is no problem with the tablet we can't give you the return address.you can't return back. if you really want a return ,you have to take the return shipping and we will charge you 20% of the payment. I hope you can understand. best regards sara" After receiving this email and excepting the terms, i asked that they expedite this process. I haven't heard from them since. They don't have a return address on their site. you have to get it from a Mcbub representative. Mcbub did not respond to my emails for over a month when their policy clearly states that they will respond with in 1 business day. As of today, they finally responded asking me AGAIN what's wrong with the produce after clearly responding to the email chain from March. I had to get PayPal and legal involved to get anywhere with these people. I advise you to NOT purchase from these guys. Its not worth it, regardless of how inexpensive the items are.

Mcbub is much like a scam Mcbub is the worst company ever!!!! I am still waiting for an order for an android i did back in August and I was stupid enough to buy their insurance on it. When i contact them, they said it is still on the way that I dont need to worry. Of course they dont say anything about what if the package is lost and what happens with the insurance. I will never buy anything again from them its just a waste of money and time. Please take care of your money too.

Baaaad mcbub it's just a dishonest company that lurk people on money.This 27/02/2013 be.Men after more an18 light stood a smartphone and paid by card and that I paid for fast delivery. But got nothing and when I complained about it, they said that the item was out of stock and that they will refund me within 48 hours. But it was skitsnackOch at my repeated e-mail to them,. I just get the same answer to them that they that they have sent pengarna.Det's been almost 3 weeks now and I still see no money in my bank account. It confirms that Mcbub is a skamm companies.
