USGreat product and service. I have used a Monnit temperature monitor in my home for about 4.5 years. Most of that time I lived in Fairbanks, Alaska. While on vacation in New Zealand during late winter, the monitor alerted me to an abnormal drop in temperature in my house. My furnace had malfunctioned. The early warning allowed me to remotely initiate repairs before my house froze. Thank you Monnit for a dependable monitoring system that literally saved me thousands of dollars in damages.
Fed up Customer!
USWorst customer service ever! I took part in a thirty day trial of monitoring service. I canceled within the thirty day trial period but nearly three years later I am being harrassed since they keep billing me despite canceling. Every time it is a new person that has no history despite dozens of phone calls. Good products, worst customer service ever! Next call I'm placing a complaint with the state Attorney General!

USCost effective and reliable service I have used Monnit devices and services since 2015. I mainly use the iPhone app to review sensor data. It's a cost effective and reliable way to gain long term insight into data trends. Sensors have survived major events like Hurricane Harvey, that badly damaged our home. The biggest problem was actually finding the sensors in the mess! The data service has never missed a beat and all my historical data is available for a modest annual fee. I highly recommend Monnit for monitoring of long term data trends and short term alerts.

USMonnit there is no substitute!! We are a fast growing boiler rental company in the New York Metropolitan area. Monnit has set us apart form our competition by far. We know if there is a problem at a site before the customer even realizes. Sensors are easily configurable to meet our needs. We have peace of mind knowing that Monnit's remote monitoring is extremely reliable.

USProduct works intermittently and Monnit… Product works intermittently and Monnit blames installer straight from EVP, “ you did not follow directions!!” Of course we did and then redid and then redid, their stuff still did not work. Now on RMA and of course a month or so out. Perfect way to share with end customer - incompetence at the executive level.
