Does not work as advertised We have about 20k worth of Monnit sensors installed at a large cold storage facility. We have 44 sensors installed throughout the facility none of which are more than 150ft from the gateway. We have never gotten better than 30 sensors checking in at a time. We have worked with technical support multiple times to try to address this. We have pulled all the sensors, re-oreinted them, installed special antena. Again and again Monnit tells us that their equipment "just works" and that we must be doing something wrong. We have probably put $10k worth of labor into pulling sensors in and out of the freezer to try to get them to work. It's hopeless. They just don't work as well as advertised and Monnit refuses to admit it.

Great service Great service, I use it to monitor my house when on vacation,(power, temperature in multiple areas etc. Always works perfectly. I have been notified multiple times for power outages, which could cause serious issues if not restored quickly in our winter

We use Monnit Alta Remote Monitoring… We use Monnit Alta Remote Monitoring System for our Fleet Craft and Ships. We've had the system for about a year now and getting ready to expand further with more Gateways and Sensors. We have had zero problems from purchasing to install on their products. They are very reliable and customer service is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We have a wide arrangement of sensors in use and are able to monitor everything 24/7 with the Web based software and phone Apps. There has been several overall improvements to both software and sensors since last year and we have been excited to be a part of the growth of Monnit providing industry solutions through the IoT platform.

Monnit there is no substitute!! We are a fast growing boiler rental company in the New York Metropolitan area. Monnit has set us apart form our competition by far. We know if there is a problem at a site before the customer even realizes. Sensors are easily configurable to meet our needs. We have peace of mind knowing that Monnit's remote monitoring is extremely reliable.

Boat health Have been using two battery charge level senors and one high water sensor on my berthed boat linked via cell service to Monnit monitoring. Work great. No high water alerts (yay!) but do occasionally get a low battery warning when I've forgotten to burn off the master switch.
