The latest version of the portal software should not have been released as is. Showing my management the reports, only to find out the times didn't match because of a known bug, almost killed the deal. The portal interface needs to make it easier to change names, control user access, and move sensors between networks. The actual representative was great.

We have to keep 2 sensors per freezer and one of them in glass beads. Billing department does not explain charges, just sends bills/invoices. Equipment very costly and takes for ever to re-certify expired sensors.

Only qualm is how the glass vial temperature buffers mount to the fridge - I was provided with double-sided tape, which has trouble in humid environments. I suggested to Monnit that they incorporate a plastic holder that you can screw into the fridge, which holds the vial off the side wall. Supposedly they are working on something currently to solve this. Other than that, all works great, ALTA sensors have a great range (not quite the 1000ft as advertised, but we get a fair distance through buildings, etc)
