FAST SERVICE! After reading numerous reviews I decided to order from appliance connection a second time. I ordered the Samsung counterdepth refrigerator. They let me choose my delivery date and although they said at least a week, just like before,my purchase was there in about 3 days. The white glove was very good. My only suggestion for them would be to bring in or ask for a bucket and towels when installing Icemakers or turning off water. They got up some of the water with paper towels and it was still wet and dusty behind fridge. After telling them I didn't want my fridge installed over that, they gave me time to mop and sweep before continuing. Everything else was great...and my appliance runs great and they cleaned all of their mess up! Highly recommended.

This is my 3rd time ordering from… This is my 3rd time ordering from appliancesconnection.com and the 5th major appliance I've purchased from them. I currently have a new refrigerator on order with them and Mike Salcedo has kept me informed of the process to date. With everyone being shorthanded and shipping issues across the US, it's great to have a customer service person like him to keep you informed. Just another benefit to a company with great products and prices! Keep up the great work!

Mike Salcedo Mike Salcedo, via chat was able to very quickly and thoroughly fix my order by upgrading one item for one in stock, while maintaining the other two on their place in backorder, along with all the "extras" previously purchased. This is already a trying season for Customer Support and with the major supply chain issues. He is to be commended!

Had to settle with less but not their fault it wasn't associate Mike Salcedo's fault, but I had been offered an alternate in-stock freezer on 12/22. But it never processed and when I got around to looking what the heck was the holdup the freezer was gone. I had to settle for a much smaller upright freezer which is kinda a bummer. However Mike was himself very friendly/helpful and left me with all options, even a full refund. In the end after a lot of hand wringing I went with the much smaller one. Its just how it is these days with the WRONG party running the government and screwing it up.

WHIRLPOOL REFRIGERATOR We bought a Whirlpool refrigerator from Goedeker's and really love it. Whirlpool Fingerprint-Resistant Stainless Steel Top Freezer Refrigerator (WRT112CZJZ).
