Jo's Bosch First, I had questions about 2 different brands of dishwashers. My questions were answered swiftly and a quick decision was able to be made by me. KitchenAid induction burner/double oven fixed I received my KitchenAid induction burner/double oven last week. I tried to use the ovens and they wouldn't heat. When I tried the self-clean function, I got and error message that read door open. I contacted Meghan at Goedeker's and she arranged for a warranty repair. The repair technician quickly found the problem - the lower oven door close sensor was broken. Thank you Meghan. I greatly appreciate the rapid help.

Still waiting after 17 months We ordered a frigidaire column refrigerator/ freezer in October 2020...still don't have it. They tell me (since February 17th when I received an email saying my order shipped) that it's allocated to me and ready to ship, but can't seem to get it on any of the trucks that deliver twice a week! I call 2-3 times a week to get an update but just get the run around, "promises" or "I'm so sorry, here, I fixed it" but nothing happens!!
