Good job done while processing a return We purchased a refrigerator on 12/14/21 from Appliance Connection. The refrigerator was finally delivered on 1/12/22 only to find it seriously damaged. We refused the delivery and sent it back. The next day I called Appliance Connection and Evan Cook took the call. Mr Cook processed the return. He answered my questions in a professional manner and said he would place the re-order in advance status putting us in front of the line for delivery since it had been so long since we placed the order. Mr Cook did a good job. He was very helpful and patient while he explained the re-order process. Thank you, William & Cathy Norton

This is my 3rd time ordering from… This is my 3rd time ordering from appliancesconnection.com and the 5th major appliance I've purchased from them. I currently have a new refrigerator on order with them and Mike Salcedo has kept me informed of the process to date. With everyone being shorthanded and shipping issues across the US, it's great to have a customer service person like him to keep you informed. Had to settle with less but not their fault it wasn't associate Mike Salcedo's fault, but I had been offered an alternate in-stock freezer on 12/22. But it never processed and when I got around to looking what the heck was the holdup the freezer was gone. I had to settle for a much smaller upright freezer which is kinda a bummer. However Mike was himself very friendly/helpful and left me with all options, even a full refund. In the end after a lot of hand wringing I went with the much smaller one. Its just how it is these days with the WRONG party running the government and screwing it up.

KitchenAid induction burner/double oven fixed I received my KitchenAid induction burner/double oven last week. I tried to use the ovens and they wouldn't heat. When I tried the self-clean function, I got and error message that read door open. I contacted Meghan at Goedeker's and she arranged for a warranty repair. The repair technician quickly found the problem - the lower oven door close sensor was broken. Thank you Meghan. I greatly appreciate the rapid help.
