I had called regarding an order that was placed several months ago which included two items that have been back-ordered. Santiago informed me that one of the items was finally in stock, and arranged to have that item shipped. Since the other item is still back-ordered. Santiago guided me through the website to choose a comparable item that was currently in stock and had that item shipped as well. I am so glad that my order is finally completed in its entirety. GBOur purchase went smoothly Our purchase went smoothly. It perhaps took a little longer from start to delivery ( 17 days ), but that can be expected in these times. The delivery was about an hour outside the window, but we were made aware that they were running late. Overall we had a positive experience and would purchase from Appliance Connection again.

GBKitchenAid induction burner/double oven fixed I received my KitchenAid induction burner/double oven last week. I tried to use the ovens and they wouldn't heat. When I tried the self-clean function, I got and error message that read door open. I contacted Meghan at Goedeker's and she arranged for a warranty repair. The repair technician quickly found the problem - the lower oven door close sensor was broken. Thank you Meghan. I greatly appreciate the rapid help.

GBHad to settle with less but not their fault it wasn't associate Mike Salcedo's fault, but I had been offered an alternate in-stock freezer on 12/22. But it never processed and when I got around to looking what the heck was the holdup the freezer was gone. I had to settle for a much smaller upright freezer which is kinda a bummer. However Mike was himself very friendly/helpful and left me with all options, even a full refund. In the end after a lot of hand wringing I went with the much smaller one. Its just how it is these days with the WRONG party running the government and screwing it up.

She could not have been kinder or more friendly, and she went above and beyond to help me get to the bottom of a mystery surrounding my order. She even offered to personally take my case to a supervisor for resolution and promised to email me directly as soon as she had more information.
