GBKitchenAid induction burner/double oven fixed I received my KitchenAid induction burner/double oven last week. I tried to use the ovens and they wouldn't heat. When I tried the self-clean function, I got and error message that read door open. I contacted Meghan at Goedeker's and she arranged for a warranty repair. The repair technician quickly found the problem - the lower oven door close sensor was broken. Thank you Meghan. I greatly appreciate the rapid help.

GBStill waiting after 17 months We ordered a frigidaire column refrigerator/ freezer in October 2020...still don't have it. They tell me (since February 17th when I received an email saying my order shipped) that it's allocated to me and ready to ship, but can't seem to get it on any of the trucks that deliver twice a week! I call 2-3 times a week to get an update but just get the run around, "promises" or "I'm so sorry, here, I fixed it" but nothing happens!!

GBAmazing customer service Deanna Brooks helped me with an order today and she went out of her way to help me get my product delivered within days, when two other people told me I had to wait two weeks. It took her an extra two phone calls to the delivery company, but she made sure it happened. This was probably the best customer service experience I've ever had- she deserves a raise!

GBWHIRLPOOL REFRIGERATOR We bought a Whirlpool refrigerator from Goedeker's and really love it. Whirlpool Fingerprint-Resistant Stainless Steel Top Freezer Refrigerator (WRT112CZJZ). We did have to wait a while to get it because of the pandemic. Meghan from Goedeker's helped with status and made this a pleasant transaction. Thanks Meghan!

GBI wish I could give them NO stars I wish I could give them NO stars. Horrible. Run as fast you can and NEVER use this company. I'm currently on hold for 48 minutes, trying to get customer service. They are trying to deliver a dryer I've waited for 8 months for delivery. I paid for delivery, installation and removal of my old dryer. They are "dropping" my dryer in the driveway of my condo building. I cannot reach customer service to finally cancel this order. NIGHTMARE! They don't answer heir phone and do not pay attention to instructions. I'm beside myself.
