GBGood job done while processing a return We purchased a refrigerator on 12/14/21 from Appliance Connection. The refrigerator was finally delivered on 1/12/22 only to find it seriously damaged. We refused the delivery and sent it back. The next day I called Appliance Connection and Evan Cook took the call. Mr Cook processed the return. He answered my questions in a professional manner and said he would place the re-order in advance status putting us in front of the line for delivery since it had been so long since we placed the order. Mr Cook did a good job. He was very helpful and patient while he explained the re-order process. Thank you, William & Cathy Norton

GBStay away I haven't received my appliances. It has been 6 weeks and no sign that they're on the way. I'm told something different every time I call customer service and now I don't believe anything they're telling me. I tried to cancel one of the backordered items and then they couldn't cancel because it had supposedly shipped - I've yet to see the tracking show that it has been picked up though. I would never order from them again or recommend to anyone. I'm incredibly frustrated.

GBKitchenAid induction burner/double oven fixed I received my KitchenAid induction burner/double oven last week. I tried to use the ovens and they wouldn't heat. When I tried the self-clean function, I got and error message that read door open. I contacted Meghan at Goedeker's and she arranged for a warranty repair. The repair technician quickly found the problem - the lower oven door close sensor was broken. Thank you Meghan. I greatly appreciate the rapid help.

GBJo's Bosch First, I had questions about 2 different brands of dishwashers. My questions were answered swiftly and a quick decision was able to be made by me. The next day, I found the same product for a lesser price and a needed cord as a bonus. Santiago DiSanto was a pleasure to work with and had all my information in a FLASH! He found and verified the product, sent the price match, and when I told him I would be needing more appliances he sent me a gift certificate for future use. So far...I have had nothing but a positive experience!

GBMike Salcedo Mike Salcedo, via chat was able to very quickly and thoroughly fix my order by upgrading one item for one in stock, while maintaining the other two on their place in backorder, along with all the "extras" previously purchased. This is already a trying season for Customer Support and with the major supply chain issues. He is to be commended!
