She could not have been kinder or more friendly, and she went above and beyond to help me get to the bottom of a mystery surrounding my order. She even offered to personally take my case to a supervisor for resolution and promised to email me directly as soon as she had more information. Amazing customer service Deanna Brooks helped me with an order today and she went out of her way to help me get my product delivered within days, when two other people told me I had to wait two weeks. It took her an extra two phone calls to the delivery company, but she made sure it happened. This was probably the best customer service experience I've ever had- she deserves a raise!

Stay away I haven't received my appliances. It has been 6 weeks and no sign that they're on the way. I'm told something different every time I call customer service and now I don't believe anything they're telling me. I tried to cancel one of the backordered items and then they couldn't cancel because it had supposedly shipped - I've yet to see the tracking show that it has been picked up though. I would never order from them again or recommend to anyone. I'm incredibly frustrated.

I wish I could give them NO stars I wish I could give them NO stars. Horrible. Run as fast you can and NEVER use this company. I'm currently on hold for 48 minutes, trying to get customer service. They are trying to deliver a dryer I've waited for 8 months for delivery. I paid for delivery, installation and removal of my old dryer. They are "dropping" my dryer in the driveway of my condo building. I cannot reach customer service to finally cancel this order. NIGHTMARE! They don't answer heir phone and do not pay attention to instructions. I'm beside myself.

WHIRLPOOL REFRIGERATOR We bought a Whirlpool refrigerator from Goedeker's and really love it. Whirlpool Fingerprint-Resistant Stainless Steel Top Freezer Refrigerator (WRT112CZJZ).
