He found and verified the product, sent the price match, and when I told him I would be needing more appliances he sent me a gift certificate for future use. The delivery was about an hour outside the window, but we were made aware that they were running late. Overall we had a positive experience and would purchase from Appliance Connection again.

I wish I could give them NO stars I wish I could give them NO stars. Horrible. Run as fast you can and NEVER use this company. I'm currently on hold for 48 minutes, trying to get customer service. They are trying to deliver a dryer I've waited for 8 months for delivery. I paid for delivery, installation and removal of my old dryer. They are "dropping" my dryer in the driveway of my condo building. I cannot reach customer service to finally cancel this order. NIGHTMARE! They don't answer heir phone and do not pay attention to instructions. I'm beside myself.
