This is my 3rd time ordering from… This is my 3rd time ordering from appliancesconnection.com and the 5th major appliance I've purchased from them. I currently have a new refrigerator on order with them and Mike Salcedo has kept me informed of the process to date. With everyone being shorthanded and shipping issues across the US, it's great to have a customer service person like him to keep you informed. Just another benefit to a company with great products and prices! Keep up the great work!

Service Department I would highly recommend this company! Not only has their online order procedure been extremely easy, I had the experience of using their service department today. I needed help logging into my account today and Mike Salcedo in the service department was very helpful! He knew exactly what the problem was and how to walk me through it. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. BEST service ever!

I wish I could give them NO stars I wish I could give them NO stars. Horrible. Run as fast you can and NEVER use this company. I'm currently on hold for 48 minutes, trying to get customer service. They are trying to deliver a dryer I've waited for 8 months for delivery. I paid for delivery, installation and removal of my old dryer. They are "dropping" my dryer in the driveway of my condo building. I cannot reach customer service to finally cancel this order. NIGHTMARE! They don't answer heir phone and do not pay attention to instructions. I'm beside myself.

Stay away I haven't received my appliances. It has been 6 weeks and no sign that they're on the way. I'm told something different every time I call customer service and now I don't believe anything they're telling me. I tried to cancel one of the backordered items and then they couldn't cancel because it had supposedly shipped - I've yet to see the tracking show that it has been picked up though. I would never order from them again or recommend to anyone. I'm incredibly frustrated.

Quality and comfort Quality and comfort. These are two variables which I follow when I choose some technics to my house. This time the story is about my wife more, as she fond of cooking and requires simple, but contemporary solution for her hobby. I mean an oven of course, because she bakes a lot and always delights me with delicious cakes. I found a nice one in this company and ofc I found out all the details via contacting customer support managers. Everything ws quite okay, the oven which I liked was in stock and it ws delivered within a week up to my doors. My wife is so happy these days as she has a good-looking and technologically advanced oven.
