GBKitchenAid induction burner/double oven fixed I received my KitchenAid induction burner/double oven last week. I tried to use the ovens and they wouldn't heat. When I tried the self-clean function, I got and error message that read door open. I contacted Meghan at Goedeker's and she arranged for a warranty repair. The repair technician quickly found the problem - the lower oven door close sensor was broken. Thank you Meghan. I greatly appreciate the rapid help.

I had called regarding an order that was placed several months ago which included two items that have been back-ordered. Santiago informed me that one of the items was finally in stock, and arranged to have that item shipped. Since the other item is still back-ordered. Santiago guided me through the website to choose a comparable item that was currently in stock and had that item shipped as well. I am so glad that my order is finally completed in its entirety. GBQuality and comfort Quality and comfort. These are two variables which I follow when I choose some technics to my house. This time the story is about my wife more, as she fond of cooking and requires simple, but contemporary solution for her hobby. I mean an oven of course, because she bakes a lot and always delights me with delicious cakes. I found a nice one in this company and ofc I found out all the details via contacting customer support managers. Everything ws quite okay, the oven which I liked was in stock and it ws delivered within a week up to my doors. My wife is so happy these days as she has a good-looking and technologically advanced oven.

GBGood job done while processing a return We purchased a refrigerator on 12/14/21 from Appliance Connection. The refrigerator was finally delivered on 1/12/22 only to find it seriously damaged. We refused the delivery and sent it back. The next day I called Appliance Connection and Evan Cook took the call. Mr Cook processed the return. He answered my questions in a professional manner and said he would place the re-order in advance status putting us in front of the line for delivery since it had been so long since we placed the order. Mr Cook did a good job. He was very helpful and patient while he explained the re-order process. Thank you, William & Cathy Norton

GBI wish I could give them NO stars I wish I could give them NO stars. Horrible. Run as fast you can and NEVER use this company. I'm currently on hold for 48 minutes, trying to get customer service. They are trying to deliver a dryer I've waited for 8 months for delivery. I paid for delivery, installation and removal of my old dryer. They are "dropping" my dryer in the driveway of my condo building. I cannot reach customer service to finally cancel this order. NIGHTMARE! They don't answer heir phone and do not pay attention to instructions. I'm beside myself.
