GBOur purchase went smoothly Our purchase went smoothly. It perhaps took a little longer from start to delivery ( 17 days ), but that can be expected in these times. The delivery was about an hour outside the window, but we were made aware that they were running late. Overall we had a positive experience and would purchase from Appliance Connection again.

GBStay away I haven't received my appliances. It has been 6 weeks and no sign that they're on the way. I'm told something different every time I call customer service and now I don't believe anything they're telling me. I tried to cancel one of the backordered items and then they couldn't cancel because it had supposedly shipped - I've yet to see the tracking show that it has been picked up though. I would never order from them again or recommend to anyone. I'm incredibly frustrated.

GBFAST SERVICE! After reading numerous reviews I decided to order from appliance connection a second time. I ordered the Samsung counterdepth refrigerator. They let me choose my delivery date and although they said at least a week, just like before,my purchase was there in about 3 days. The white glove was very good. My only suggestion for them would be to bring in or ask for a bucket and towels when installing Icemakers or turning off water. They got up some of the water with paper towels and it was still wet and dusty behind fridge. After telling them I didn't want my fridge installed over that, they gave me time to mop and sweep before continuing. Everything else was great...and my appliance runs great and they cleaned all of their mess up! Highly recommended.

GBService Department I would highly recommend this company! Not only has their online order procedure been extremely easy, I had the experience of using their service department today. I needed help logging into my account today and Mike Salcedo in the service department was very helpful! He knew exactly what the problem was and how to walk me through it. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. BEST service ever!

GBMike Salcedo Mike Salcedo, via chat was able to very quickly and thoroughly fix my order by upgrading one item for one in stock, while maintaining the other two on their place in backorder, along with all the "extras" previously purchased. This is already a trying season for Customer Support and with the major supply chain issues. He is to be commended!
