KitchenAid induction burner/double oven fixed I received my KitchenAid induction burner/double oven last week. I tried to use the ovens and they wouldn't heat. When I tried the self-clean function, I got and error message that read door open. I contacted Meghan at Goedeker's and she arranged for a warranty repair. The repair technician quickly found the problem - the lower oven door close sensor was broken. Thank you Meghan. I greatly appreciate the rapid help.

Santiago informed me that one of the items was finally in stock, and arranged to have that item shipped. Since the other item is still back-ordered. I wish I could give them NO stars I wish I could give them NO stars. Horrible. Run as fast you can and NEVER use this company. I'm currently on hold for 48 minutes, trying to get customer service. They are trying to deliver a dryer I've waited for 8 months for delivery. I paid for delivery, installation and removal of my old dryer. They are "dropping" my dryer in the driveway of my condo building. I cannot reach customer service to finally cancel this order. NIGHTMARE! They don't answer heir phone and do not pay attention to instructions. I'm beside myself.
