Amazing customer service Deanna Brooks helped me with an order today and she went out of her way to help me get my product delivered within days, when two other people told me I had to wait two weeks. It took her an extra two phone calls to the delivery company, but she made sure it happened. This was probably the best customer service experience I've ever had- she deserves a raise!

FAST SERVICE! After reading numerous reviews I decided to order from appliance connection a second time. I ordered the Samsung counterdepth refrigerator. They let me choose my delivery date and although they said at least a week, just like before,my purchase was there in about 3 days. The white glove was very good. My only suggestion for them would be to bring in or ask for a bucket and towels when installing Icemakers or turning off water. They got up some of the water with paper towels and it was still wet and dusty behind fridge. After telling them I didn't want my fridge installed over that, they gave me time to mop and sweep before continuing. Everything else was great...and my appliance runs great and they cleaned all of their mess up! Highly recommended.

Jo's Bosch First, I had questions about 2 different brands of dishwashers. My questions were answered swiftly and a quick decision was able to be made by me. The next day, I found the same product for a lesser price and a needed cord as a bonus. Santiago DiSanto was a pleasure to work with and had all my information in a FLASH! He found and verified the product, sent the price match, and when I told him I would be needing more appliances he sent me a gift certificate for future use.
