FAST SERVICE! After reading numerous reviews I decided to order from appliance connection a second time. I ordered the Samsung counterdepth refrigerator. They let me choose my delivery date and although they said at least a week, just like before,my purchase was there in about 3 days. The white glove was very good. My only suggestion for them would be to bring in or ask for a bucket and towels when installing Icemakers or turning off water. They got up some of the water with paper towels and it was still wet and dusty behind fridge. After telling them I didn't want my fridge installed over that, they gave me time to mop and sweep before continuing. Everything else was great...and my appliance runs great and they cleaned all of their mess up! Highly recommended.

Good job done while processing a return We purchased a refrigerator on 12/14/21 from Appliance Connection. The refrigerator was finally delivered on 1/12/22 only to find it seriously damaged. We refused the delivery and sent it back. The next day I called Appliance Connection and Evan Cook took the call. Mr Cook processed the return. He answered my questions in a professional manner and said he would place the re-order in advance status putting us in front of the line for delivery since it had been so long since we placed the order. Mr Cook did a good job. He was very helpful and patient while he explained the re-order process. Thank you, William & Cathy Norton

I purchased an oven and stove from… I purchased an oven and stove from Goedeker's in 2020. They recommended and I purchased the extended warranty on both appliances, with the company they promoted, Epic Protect. I required a warranty repair on the oven door in September '23 and Goedeker's warranty company provided ZERO ASSISTANCE. I called Goedeker's five times between 9/21 and 10/4 and was told Calvin, the manager, would get back to about refunding my initial "extended warranty payment". As of October 18th, Calvin has NOT returned any of my calls and I have not received a refund. Goedeker's does NOT utilize reputable warranty companies and does NOT stand behind them in any way. OVERALL: I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY.

KitchenAid induction burner/double oven fixed I received my KitchenAid induction burner/double oven last week. I tried to use the ovens and they wouldn't heat. When I tried the self-clean function, I got and error message that read door open. I contacted Meghan at Goedeker's and she arranged for a warranty repair. The repair technician quickly found the problem - the lower oven door close sensor was broken. Thank you Meghan. I greatly appreciate the rapid help.

Service Department I would highly recommend this company! Not only has their online order procedure been extremely easy, I had the experience of using their service department today. I needed help logging into my account today and Mike Salcedo in the service department was very helpful! He knew exactly what the problem was and how to walk me through it. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. BEST service ever!
