FAST SERVICE! After reading numerous reviews I decided to order from appliance connection a second time. I ordered the Samsung counterdepth refrigerator. They let me choose my delivery date and although they said at least a week, just like before,my purchase was there in about 3 days. The white glove was very good. My only suggestion for them would be to bring in or ask for a bucket and towels when installing Icemakers or turning off water. They got up some of the water with paper towels and it was still wet and dusty behind fridge. After telling them I didn't want my fridge installed over that, they gave me time to mop and sweep before continuing. Everything else was great...and my appliance runs great and they cleaned all of their mess up! Highly recommended.

Santiago informed me that one of the items was finally in stock, and arranged to have that item shipped. Since the other item is still back-ordered. Santiago guided me through the website to choose a comparable item that was currently in stock and had that item shipped as well. I am so glad that my order is finally completed in its entirety. This is already a trying season for Customer Support and with the major supply chain issues. He is to be commended!

WHIRLPOOL REFRIGERATOR We bought a Whirlpool refrigerator from Goedeker's and really love it. Whirlpool Fingerprint-Resistant Stainless Steel Top Freezer Refrigerator (WRT112CZJZ). We did have to wait a while to get it because of the pandemic. Meghan from Goedeker's helped with status and made this a pleasant transaction. Thanks Meghan!

Still waiting after 17 months We ordered a frigidaire column refrigerator/ freezer in October 2020...still don't have it. They tell me (since February 17th when I received an email saying my order shipped) that it's allocated to me and ready to ship, but can't seem to get it on any of the trucks that deliver twice a week! I call 2-3 times a week to get an update but just get the run around, "promises" or "I'm so sorry, here, I fixed it" but nothing happens!!
