GBI purchased an oven and stove from… I purchased an oven and stove from Goedeker's in 2020. They recommended and I purchased the extended warranty on both appliances, with the company they promoted, Epic Protect. I required a warranty repair on the oven door in September '23 and Goedeker's warranty company provided ZERO ASSISTANCE. I called Goedeker's five times between 9/21 and 10/4 and was told Calvin, the manager, would get back to about refunding my initial "extended warranty payment". As of October 18th, Calvin has NOT returned any of my calls and I have not received a refund. Goedeker's does NOT utilize reputable warranty companies and does NOT stand behind them in any way. OVERALL: I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY.

GBThis is my 3rd time ordering from… This is my 3rd time ordering from appliancesconnection.com and the 5th major appliance I've purchased from them. I currently have a new refrigerator on order with them and Mike Salcedo has kept me informed of the process to date. With everyone being shorthanded and shipping issues across the US, it's great to have a customer service person like him to keep you informed. Just another benefit to a company with great products and prices! Keep up the great work!

GBJo's Bosch First, I had questions about 2 different brands of dishwashers. My questions were answered swiftly and a quick decision was able to be made by me. The next day, I found the same product for a lesser price and a needed cord as a bonus. Santiago DiSanto was a pleasure to work with and had all my information in a FLASH! He found and verified the product, sent the price match, and when I told him I would be needing more appliances he sent me a gift certificate for future use. So far...I have had nothing but a positive experience!

I had called regarding an order that was placed several months ago which included two items that have been back-ordered. Santiago informed me that one of the items was finally in stock, and arranged to have that item shipped. Since the other item is still back-ordered. Santiago guided me through the website to choose a comparable item that was currently in stock and had that item shipped as well. I am so glad that my order is finally completed in its entirety. GBStay away I haven't received my appliances. It has been 6 weeks and no sign that they're on the way. I'm told something different every time I call customer service and now I don't believe anything they're telling me. I tried to cancel one of the backordered items and then they couldn't cancel because it had supposedly shipped - I've yet to see the tracking show that it has been picked up though. I would never order from them again or recommend to anyone. I'm incredibly frustrated.
