She could not have been kinder or more friendly, and she went above and beyond to help me get to the bottom of a mystery surrounding my order. She even offered to personally take my case to a supervisor for resolution and promised to email me directly as soon as she had more information. I am confident in her ability to solve our issue and am so grateful for her amazing assistance. Thank you for being so awesome, Judy!

I wish I could give them NO stars I wish I could give them NO stars. Horrible. Run as fast you can and NEVER use this company. I'm currently on hold for 48 minutes, trying to get customer service. They are trying to deliver a dryer I've waited for 8 months for delivery. I paid for delivery, installation and removal of my old dryer. They are "dropping" my dryer in the driveway of my condo building. I cannot reach customer service to finally cancel this order. NIGHTMARE! They don't answer heir phone and do not pay attention to instructions. I'm beside myself.

The delivery was about an hour outside the window, but we were made aware that they were running late. Overall we had a positive experience and would purchase from Appliance Connection again.

This is my 3rd time ordering from… This is my 3rd time ordering from appliancesconnection.com and the 5th major appliance I've purchased from them. I currently have a new refrigerator on order with them and Mike Salcedo has kept me informed of the process to date. With everyone being shorthanded and shipping issues across the US, it's great to have a customer service person like him to keep you informed. Amazing customer service Deanna Brooks helped me with an order today and she went out of her way to help me get my product delivered within days, when two other people told me I had to wait two weeks. It took her an extra two phone calls to the delivery company, but she made sure it happened. This was probably the best customer service experience I've ever had- she deserves a raise!
