This is my 3rd time ordering from… This is my 3rd time ordering from appliancesconnection.com and the 5th major appliance I've purchased from them. I currently have a new refrigerator on order with them and Mike Salcedo has kept me informed of the process to date. With everyone being shorthanded and shipping issues across the US, it's great to have a customer service person like him to keep you informed. Just another benefit to a company with great products and prices! Keep up the great work!

Still waiting after 17 months We ordered a frigidaire column refrigerator/ freezer in October 2020...still don't have it. They tell me (since February 17th when I received an email saying my order shipped) that it's allocated to me and ready to ship, but can't seem to get it on any of the trucks that deliver twice a week! I call 2-3 times a week to get an update but just get the run around, "promises" or "I'm so sorry, here, I fixed it" but nothing happens!!

The delivery was about an hour outside the window, but we were made aware that they were running late. Overall we had a positive experience and would purchase from Appliance Connection again.

WHIRLPOOL REFRIGERATOR We bought a Whirlpool refrigerator from Goedeker's and really love it. Whirlpool Fingerprint-Resistant Stainless Steel Top Freezer Refrigerator (WRT112CZJZ). We did have to wait a while to get it because of the pandemic. Meghan from Goedeker's helped with status and made this a pleasant transaction. Thanks Meghan!

Judy F in Customer Service is AWESOME!!! Customer service agent Judy F is a total rock star! She could not have been kinder or more friendly, and she went above and beyond to help me get to the bottom of a mystery surrounding my order. She even offered to personally take my case to a supervisor for resolution and promised to email me directly as soon as she had more information.
