Santiago informed me that one of the items was finally in stock, and arranged to have that item shipped. Since the other item is still back-ordered. Santiago guided me through the website to choose a comparable item that was currently in stock and had that item shipped as well. I am so glad that my order is finally completed in its entirety. Amazing customer service Deanna Brooks helped me with an order today and she went out of her way to help me get my product delivered within days, when two other people told me I had to wait two weeks. It took her an extra two phone calls to the delivery company, but she made sure it happened. This was probably the best customer service experience I've ever had- she deserves a raise!
