This is already a trying season for Customer Support and with the major supply chain issues. He is to be commended!

I purchased an oven and stove from… I purchased an oven and stove from Goedeker's in 2020. They recommended and I purchased the extended warranty on both appliances, with the company they promoted, Epic Protect. I required a warranty repair on the oven door in September '23 and Goedeker's warranty company provided ZERO ASSISTANCE. I called Goedeker's five times between 9/21 and 10/4 and was told Calvin, the manager, would get back to about refunding my initial "extended warranty payment". As of October 18th, Calvin has NOT returned any of my calls and I have not received a refund. Goedeker's does NOT utilize reputable warranty companies and does NOT stand behind them in any way. OVERALL: I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY.

Service Department I would highly recommend this company! Not only has their online order procedure been extremely easy, I had the experience of using their service department today. I needed help logging into my account today and Mike Salcedo in the service department was very helpful! He knew exactly what the problem was and how to walk me through it. This time the story is about my wife more, as she fond of cooking and requires simple, but contemporary solution for her hobby. I mean an oven of course, because she bakes a lot and always delights me with delicious cakes. I found a nice one in this company and ofc I found out all the details via contacting customer support managers. Everything ws quite okay, the oven which I liked was in stock and it ws delivered within a week up to my doors. My wife is so happy these days as she has a good-looking and technologically advanced oven.

Santiago informed me that one of the items was finally in stock, and arranged to have that item shipped. Since the other item is still back-ordered. Santiago guided me through the website to choose a comparable item that was currently in stock and had that item shipped as well. I am so glad that my order is finally completed in its entirety.
