I needed help logging into my account today and Mike Salcedo in the service department was very helpful! He knew exactly what the problem was and how to walk me through it. FAST SERVICE! After reading numerous reviews I decided to order from appliance connection a second time. I ordered the Samsung counterdepth refrigerator. They let me choose my delivery date and although they said at least a week, just like before,my purchase was there in about 3 days. The white glove was very good. My only suggestion for them would be to bring in or ask for a bucket and towels when installing Icemakers or turning off water. They got up some of the water with paper towels and it was still wet and dusty behind fridge. After telling them I didn't want my fridge installed over that, they gave me time to mop and sweep before continuing. Everything else was great...and my appliance runs great and they cleaned all of their mess up! Highly recommended.
