Still waiting after 17 months We ordered a frigidaire column refrigerator/ freezer in October 2020...still don't have it. They tell me (since February 17th when I received an email saying my order shipped) that it's allocated to me and ready to ship, but can't seem to get it on any of the trucks that deliver twice a week! I call 2-3 times a week to get an update but just get the run around, "promises" or "I'm so sorry, here, I fixed it" but nothing happens!!

This time the story is about my wife more, as she fond of cooking and requires simple, but contemporary solution for her hobby. I mean an oven of course, because she bakes a lot and always delights me with delicious cakes. I found a nice one in this company and ofc I found out all the details via contacting customer support managers. Everything ws quite okay, the oven which I liked was in stock and it ws delivered within a week up to my doors. My wife is so happy these days as she has a good-looking and technologically advanced oven.

Amazing customer service Deanna Brooks helped me with an order today and she went out of her way to help me get my product delivered within days, when two other people told me I had to wait two weeks. It took her an extra two phone calls to the delivery company, but she made sure it happened. This was probably the best customer service experience I've ever had- she deserves a raise!
