Judy F in Customer Service is AWESOME!!! Customer service agent Judy F is a total rock star! She could not have been kinder or more friendly, and she went above and beyond to help me get to the bottom of a mystery surrounding my order. She even offered to personally take my case to a supervisor for resolution and promised to email me directly as soon as she had more information. I am confident in her ability to solve our issue and am so grateful for her amazing assistance. Thank you for being so awesome, Judy!

Had to settle with less but not their fault it wasn't associate Mike Salcedo's fault, but I had been offered an alternate in-stock freezer on 12/22. But it never processed and when I got around to looking what the heck was the holdup the freezer was gone. I had to settle for a much smaller upright freezer which is kinda a bummer. However Mike was himself very friendly/helpful and left me with all options, even a full refund. In the end after a lot of hand wringing I went with the much smaller one. Its just how it is these days with the WRONG party running the government and screwing it up.

Stay away I haven't received my appliances. It has been 6 weeks and no sign that they're on the way. I'm told something different every time I call customer service and now I don't believe anything they're telling me. I tried to cancel one of the backordered items and then they couldn't cancel because it had supposedly shipped - I've yet to see the tracking show that it has been picked up though. I would never order from them again or recommend to anyone. I'm incredibly frustrated.

Jo's Bosch First, I had questions about 2 different brands of dishwashers. My questions were answered swiftly and a quick decision was able to be made by me. The next day, I found the same product for a lesser price and a needed cord as a bonus. Santiago DiSanto was a pleasure to work with and had all my information in a FLASH! He found and verified the product, sent the price match, and when I told him I would be needing more appliances he sent me a gift certificate for future use. So far...I have had nothing but a positive experience!

Service Department I would highly recommend this company! Not only has their online order procedure been extremely easy, I had the experience of using their service department today. I needed help logging into my account today and Mike Salcedo in the service department was very helpful! He knew exactly what the problem was and how to walk me through it. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. BEST service ever!
