GBStay away I haven't received my appliances. It has been 6 weeks and no sign that they're on the way. I'm told something different every time I call customer service and now I don't believe anything they're telling me. I tried to cancel one of the backordered items and then they couldn't cancel because it had supposedly shipped - I've yet to see the tracking show that it has been picked up though. I would never order from them again or recommend to anyone. I'm incredibly frustrated.

GBI purchased an oven and stove from… I purchased an oven and stove from Goedeker's in 2020. They recommended and I purchased the extended warranty on both appliances, with the company they promoted, Epic Protect. I required a warranty repair on the oven door in September '23 and Goedeker's warranty company provided ZERO ASSISTANCE. I called Goedeker's five times between 9/21 and 10/4 and was told Calvin, the manager, would get back to about refunding my initial "extended warranty payment". As of October 18th, Calvin has NOT returned any of my calls and I have not received a refund. Goedeker's does NOT utilize reputable warranty companies and does NOT stand behind them in any way. OVERALL: I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY.

GBHad to settle with less but not their fault it wasn't associate Mike Salcedo's fault, but I had been offered an alternate in-stock freezer on 12/22. But it never processed and when I got around to looking what the heck was the holdup the freezer was gone. I had to settle for a much smaller upright freezer which is kinda a bummer. However Mike was himself very friendly/helpful and left me with all options, even a full refund. In the end after a lot of hand wringing I went with the much smaller one. Its just how it is these days with the WRONG party running the government and screwing it up.

GBQuality and comfort Quality and comfort. These are two variables which I follow when I choose some technics to my house. This time the story is about my wife more, as she fond of cooking and requires simple, but contemporary solution for her hobby. I mean an oven of course, because she bakes a lot and always delights me with delicious cakes. I found a nice one in this company and ofc I found out all the details via contacting customer support managers. Everything ws quite okay, the oven which I liked was in stock and it ws delivered within a week up to my doors. My wife is so happy these days as she has a good-looking and technologically advanced oven.

GBAmazing customer service Deanna Brooks helped me with an order today and she went out of her way to help me get my product delivered within days, when two other people told me I had to wait two weeks. It took her an extra two phone calls to the delivery company, but she made sure it happened. This was probably the best customer service experience I've ever had- she deserves a raise!
