Not setting realistic expectations as… Not setting realistic expectations as to what is coming with equipment or what you would need to separately! It happened twice! I ordered anyway. I lost business thinking that I could do a job but I didn't know what was needed to do the job. I told this company what I needed to use it for with no real assistance!

After the purchasing my Fortador pro… After the purchasing my Fortador pro plus s 5 years ago it was perfect, the machine stood up to the challenges, but the reason for 3 stars is because of the after sales service when comes to parts and accessories where the cost is way too expensive. I live in Trinidad and Tobago where the economy is not like the usa or Europe, so i think the cost for parts customers should be given a special price. But overall its a monster of all steamers. Im thinking about buying the new portable steamer but again the price campare to a karacher steamer its way too expensive.

I was just browsing the web looking to… I was just browsing the web looking to buy some detailing equipment for my auto sales and came up came upon a YouTube Video of the Fortador plus and it got my attention. I then called and inquiried about a demo but was not able to get one so I took a chance and purchased the machine , it took a few days getting used to it but was worth it! Mr Lev answer all my questions and help me through what I needed to familiarize myself with. This machine works wonders with its steam capabilities from the interior to the exterior! I payed thousands of dollars to detail shop who did a shabby job on my vehicles but no more . You won't be disappointed !

Loved the steamer and products Loved the steamer and products, but was told to buy a certain generator “Honda 9000w” to power it up and the steamer did not perform properly. Took 40mins to heat up, and every time I used the extractor the steamer would turn off. So, I sold the generator and bought a 16,000w generator and the same issue was happening. Next time I buy a steamer it’ll be one of the Diesal hybrid models to avoid the generator issue.

Our overall experience has been…Awesome Our overall experience has been wonderful. The website was easy to navigate and offered all of the information we needed in one place. Once our order was made, we received a call (next day) to confirm the order and make sure we did not need additional equipment. Our order was received timely, and it even had some other goodies that we were not expecting (hat, sweat band, etc.) In our opinion the customer service has been top notch. We are looking forward to buying more equipment to expand our business. We would not order from anyone else. Thank you Fortador for making the process so easy.
