Service has always been prompt since… Service has always been prompt since our very first phone call and every conversation in between even up to final delivery. Highly informative staff and staff educated me on all equipment and answered all my questions in depth.

Fortador is a great machine when it… Fortador is a great machine when it works. The fact you have to change $3,000 in parts (apparently) at 500 hours because these pipes want to break loose, not pump water, or work in general. Than I’m proceeded to be asked by this guy Levi if I’m using the right power source, as if I haven’t been using the machine months prior no issues. This guy Levi needs to get smacked. Terrible customer service guy sounds like borat. Yes im aboutta go down to Florida myself and see what he’s about. These machines are piece of crap & they scam you for $8,000-12,000 for a piece of metal all these people should be in jail it cost $1,200 to make one of these I’m having my engineers make them as we speak.

Our overall experience has been…Awesome Our overall experience has been wonderful. The website was easy to navigate and offered all of the information we needed in one place. Once our order was made, we received a call (next day) to confirm the order and make sure we did not need additional equipment. Our order was received timely, and it even had some other goodies that we were not expecting (hat, sweat band, etc.) In our opinion the customer service has been top notch. We are looking forward to buying more equipment to expand our business. We would not order from anyone else. Thank you Fortador for making the process so easy.

Not setting realistic expectations as… Not setting realistic expectations as to what is coming with equipment or what you would need to separately! It happened twice! I ordered anyway. I lost business thinking that I could do a job but I didn't know what was needed to do the job. I told this company what I needed to use it for with no real assistance!

Great experience! When I made the decision to purchase a Fortador product Lev was very helpful in explaining the product and best use. I now have four of the Fortador Steamers, they're perfect for my business model.
