Never received the package The company promised on their website 5 -7 days delivery from their European facility back in November. Now it's almost Christmas and I never got the package. When I contacted the company they told me to contact the courier company as "it's not their responsibility" once the package leaves their facility. I paid for the frame and the shipping upfront of course but yeah, not their responsibility clearly. Once I finally managed to get a hold of someone speaking English at the courier company I was told that they didn't give the courier company my phone number (someone put 123456789 just to fill something in) and that the seller was contacted to provide the correct details which they didn't do. I offered to provide that but they told me it has to be done from the seller's side and therefore my package was returned to them. So about 23 days after my initial order, several emails later and bunch of calls and holding the line at the courier company (which wasn't free) I'm waiting if it's finally the seller's responsibility again to deliver to me what I paid for.

Fabulous idea This is a fabulous idea. My parents-in -law live in the highlands. They are not tech savvy at all (but have internet at least for the TV). As opposed to an ordinary digital photo frame, with Skylight the family can keep them updated with family photos. We had tried giving them a phone before to do this, but they couldn’t navigate it at all. This is much easier and nicer since they can display the pictures.

Setup Help Confusion An elderly relative received a frame as a Christmas gift and I was asked to set it up for them. I was having difficulty and requested help from their help desk. Their response was to ask for information I clearly couldn't provide like "Name and address of the person who purchased the item". "Order number". "Photo of the item" and more trivial information. In the end I used google for the setup and while it is not complete at least we have it working without having to jump through their hoops. My advice for anyone in the market for a frame then look for one where good customer support is provided. It certainly is not the case with this company

Fantastic Gift Bought for my parents who live in another country. It's great I can add pictures from the other side of the world so they can share my precious memories.

Wonderful device! Really great device, it does exactly what it says and is awesome! I have now bought 5 for various people, and everyone is really happy. In addition, the customer service is brilliant! One of the devices failed after ~18 months (ie, out of warranty) they sent us a new one and helped me set it up identical to the failed one. That's one of the reasons I ended up buying 3 more!!!
