I also called their support centre but needed to hang up almost instantly as something came up…that evening their support called me to see if they could help. Very unexpected and welcome.

Great gift The frame was delivered within a couple of days of ordering and was easy to set up . It is being enjoyed by our elderly mother and is a great way of keeping her up to date with family photos and holding on to precious memories .

Great quality picture I thought it wouldn’t be as good as it looked in the advertisement but it turned out to be better! Picture quality is fantastic and my parents love it! I plan to buy another for my own house and will definitely consider for presents for others in the future.
