AUSetup Help Confusion An elderly relative received a frame as a Christmas gift and I was asked to set it up for them. I was having difficulty and requested help from their help desk. Their response was to ask for information I clearly couldn't provide like "Name and address of the person who purchased the item". "Order number". "Photo of the item" and more trivial information. In the end I used google for the setup and while it is not complete at least we have it working without having to jump through their hoops. My advice for anyone in the market for a frame then look for one where good customer support is provided. It certainly is not the case with this company

ESfive stars! Got this for my Mum last christmas and she loved it. I'm not living at home and will often send a pic to this which is so much handier than whatsapp.

GBHappy mummy! Bought this for my mum for mother's day (as she has just become a grandma). She is absolutely delighted and loves it! We paid for the video upgrade and she says she just sits and watches the skylight instead of the TV now! ♥️

GBSuperb support Bought one for my mother and when she experienced a technical problem the support was excellent solving the problem by phone which she appreciated. I also called their support centre but needed to hang up almost instantly as something came up…that evening their support called me to see if they could help. Very unexpected and welcome.

GBThe Skylight frame is such a good idea The Skylight frame is such a good idea. I can email valued gallery photos from my phone or just-taken snaps, directly to my Frame and also send videos too. I also have the Skylight App which is brilliant and so easy to use. With the added once-yearly subscription of around £39 you get even more useful facilities. At £150 it's a bit pricey, but it was a greatly appreciated gift to a loved one who rates it as her best present ever!
