Great gift The frame was delivered within a couple of days of ordering and was easy to set up . It is being enjoyed by our elderly mother and is a great way of keeping her up to date with family photos and holding on to precious memories .

Perfect for Every Member of my Family! The first time I bought a Skylight Frame was for my mom, and she LOVED it. She's had it for a couple years, and it has never lost its ability to make her smile! I find myself going back to get one for everyone in my life - grandparents, aunts/uncles, in-laws, siblings. I even have one for my house now. I didn't originally get Plus since you don't need it to be able to send photos and manage the frame, but when I got one for myself I opted into the subscription. Now I share my subscription with all my family members, and it's been totally worth it to access the additional features for all of our frames. Love it!

Superb support Bought one for my mother and when she experienced a technical problem the support was excellent solving the problem by phone which she appreciated. I also called their support centre but needed to hang up almost instantly as something came up…that evening their support called me to see if they could help. Very unexpected and welcome.

The Skylight frame is such a good idea The Skylight frame is such a good idea. I can email valued gallery photos from my phone or just-taken snaps, directly to my Frame and also send videos too. I also have the Skylight App which is brilliant and so easy to use. With the added once-yearly subscription of around £39 you get even more useful facilities. At £150 it's a bit pricey, but it was a greatly appreciated gift to a loved one who rates it as her best present ever!
