The Skylight frame is such a good idea The Skylight frame is such a good idea. I can email valued gallery photos from my phone or just-taken snaps, directly to my Frame and also send videos too. I also have the Skylight App which is brilliant and so easy to use. With the added once-yearly subscription of around £39 you get even more useful facilities. At £150 it's a bit pricey, but it was a greatly appreciated gift to a loved one who rates it as her best present ever!

Great quality picture I thought it wouldn’t be as good as it looked in the advertisement but it turned out to be better! Picture quality is fantastic and my parents love it! I plan to buy another for my own house and will definitely consider for presents for others in the future.

I got a skylight frame for my parents… I got a skylight frame for my parents for Christmas. They LOVE it! While my parents aren't very tech savvy, my mom was able to set it up with minimal support from me (proud daughter moment haha). Found myself looking for a gift for a grieving friend and thought this would be the perfect way to have family and friends share pictures of her late-loved one. This way she can have them on display in her home instead of having to view them only on Facebook. I reached out to the company on Facebook messenger with a few questions and received wonderful, prompt customer support from Liz. Highly recommend this product and their customer service!

Setup Help Confusion An elderly relative received a frame as a Christmas gift and I was asked to set it up for them. I was having difficulty and requested help from their help desk. Their response was to ask for information I clearly couldn't provide like "Name and address of the person who purchased the item". "Order number". "Photo of the item" and more trivial information. In the end I used google for the setup and while it is not complete at least we have it working without having to jump through their hoops. My advice for anyone in the market for a frame then look for one where good customer support is provided. It certainly is not the case with this company

Fabulous idea This is a fabulous idea. My parents-in -law live in the highlands. They are not tech savvy at all (but have internet at least for the TV). As opposed to an ordinary digital photo frame, with Skylight the family can keep them updated with family photos. We had tried giving them a phone before to do this, but they couldn’t navigate it at all. This is much easier and nicer since they can display the pictures.
