CZNever received the package The company promised on their website 5 -7 days delivery from their European facility back in November. Now it's almost Christmas and I never got the package. When I contacted the company they told me to contact the courier company as "it's not their responsibility" once the package leaves their facility. I paid for the frame and the shipping upfront of course but yeah, not their responsibility clearly. Once I finally managed to get a hold of someone speaking English at the courier company I was told that they didn't give the courier company my phone number (someone put 123456789 just to fill something in) and that the seller was contacted to provide the correct details which they didn't do. I offered to provide that but they told me it has to be done from the seller's side and therefore my package was returned to them. So about 23 days after my initial order, several emails later and bunch of calls and holding the line at the courier company (which wasn't free) I'm waiting if it's finally the seller's responsibility again to deliver to me what I paid for.

GBGreat gift The frame was delivered within a couple of days of ordering and was easy to set up . It is being enjoyed by our elderly mother and is a great way of keeping her up to date with family photos and holding on to precious memories .

GBThe Skylight frame is such a good idea The Skylight frame is such a good idea. I can email valued gallery photos from my phone or just-taken snaps, directly to my Frame and also send videos too. I also have the Skylight App which is brilliant and so easy to use. With the added once-yearly subscription of around £39 you get even more useful facilities. At £150 it's a bit pricey, but it was a greatly appreciated gift to a loved one who rates it as her best present ever!

FRIt’s great but at that price I would expect it could hold more photos It’s great but at that price I would expect that it houses more than 60 photos. I don’t feel that that point was clearly or obviously articulated Product otherwise is great

USPerfect for Every Member of my Family! The first time I bought a Skylight Frame was for my mom, and she LOVED it. She's had it for a couple years, and it has never lost its ability to make her smile! I find myself going back to get one for everyone in my life - grandparents, aunts/uncles, in-laws, siblings. I even have one for my house now. I didn't originally get Plus since you don't need it to be able to send photos and manage the frame, but when I got one for myself I opted into the subscription. Now I share my subscription with all my family members, and it's been totally worth it to access the additional features for all of our frames. Love it!
