AUSetup Help Confusion An elderly relative received a frame as a Christmas gift and I was asked to set it up for them. I was having difficulty and requested help from their help desk. Their response was to ask for information I clearly couldn't provide like "Name and address of the person who purchased the item". "Order number". "Photo of the item" and more trivial information. In the end I used google for the setup and while it is not complete at least we have it working without having to jump through their hoops. My advice for anyone in the market for a frame then look for one where good customer support is provided. It certainly is not the case with this company

GBBought for elderly parent who loves it Bought for elderly parent who loves it, the family keep it up to date by emailing their photos to the frame.

FRIt’s great but at that price I would expect it could hold more photos It’s great but at that price I would expect that it houses more than 60 photos. I don’t feel that that point was clearly or obviously articulated Product otherwise is great

CAI got a skylight frame for my parents… I got a skylight frame for my parents for Christmas. They LOVE it! While my parents aren't very tech savvy, my mom was able to set it up with minimal support from me (proud daughter moment haha). Found myself looking for a gift for a grieving friend and thought this would be the perfect way to have family and friends share pictures of her late-loved one. This way she can have them on display in her home instead of having to view them only on Facebook. I reached out to the company on Facebook messenger with a few questions and received wonderful, prompt customer support from Liz. Highly recommend this product and their customer service!
