USWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE...Wait...No Customer Service! My poor rating is due to lack of communication and responsiveness. This transaction occurred back on October 2, 2013 and still as of February 19th, no response and no replacement of the item. I emailed numerous times and not even a reply back. I understand if I purchased a used item but being sold as new then receiving the item with a smudge, dirty, used item, not acceptable. I was a loyal customer until this last transaction. Certainly not going to recommend to others. I guess I bought myself a used item. Unreal... Can't believe a company would run a business like this. RIDICULOUS!

AUDouble poor assistance! Seems that if you have a problem with HTCPedia the only way to get any assistance is to post a negative comment on trustpilot. My first email request for help went unanswered. My first trustpilot comment received imeadiate response but 5 days later I have received no resolution response. More than extremely upset with this service. Ken Anderson

DKOTTERBOX I bought it from denmark, got the box week after,no troubles. no exstra fees or problems with delivery. The box give me ultimate protections against accidents and my kids play with the phone, my nxt phone will also be an otterbox :)

CAMerchandise good but beware hidden charges The products I ordered arrived promptly and were as expected. But the courier company (FedEx) sent an invoice for extra charges that were not disclosed at the time of delivery. These charges were for their services in getting the order through customs. So non-US customers be aware that the advertised price and delivery costs may only be the beginning.
