GBI paid to have expedited shipping to… I paid to have expedited shipping to receive products for my dog since we were leaving for a long trip. The product was not delivered ( which was FedEx issue) but I have now been trying for weeks to get a refund since I never received product . They keep telling me that they will refund the shipping . They refuse to refund me for product I never received . I can’t comment on the product , but I wouldn’t t buy from them based on their customer service. I’m sure there are plenty of other companies to choose from.

GBGreat experience and quality products. Some of these reviews are people clearly dealing with scams that are not the actual company or are scam reviews themselves. I skimmed and saw two reviews with the same misspelled message. It's unfortunate that it affects reviews here. I thought I'd say I have never had any issues with orders, or product quality, and have received my items in a reasonable time frame. I understand some items leak for others, but that's pretty common with liquids and shipping in general. I have not had to do a return, so I can't speak for that, but I haven't returned because the gummies I've ordered have been great.

GBLow quality and packaging … 2 of 4 vapes leaking, oily to touch and white vape discolored / stained upon arrival. Can’t tell vapes apart once opened, no notation or distinction on them. No effects using either Indica, nor THC/Delta 9 Hybrid. Wedding cake hybrid burned throat. Doubting the authenticity of the CBD / THC used in vapes. Waste of money.

FI5 star customer service and great communication! But beware ordering to Finland , you can lose your money Ordered with inernational shipping from US to Finland. Package was seized by Finnish border customs. I have waited for a week and there were no update from customs. Wrote about this to cbdfx and sent them proof (screenshots from communication with FEDEX) that package was seized... Cbdfx sent out new package for free "as a one-time courtesy" like they said. 5 star customer service and great communication! Second package was also seized by customs and I lost my money 100+€
