GBThe shipping department is a joke The shipping department is a joke. I have placed several orders over the last several months and 90% of them have had some sort of issue where I have had to call in only to get excuses, the occasional shipping refund, etc. It's the holidays now so they get to use that as their new excuse. I called on 10/1 because the credit code I was given didn't work. I had to place my order through the rep who assured me since it was still several hours before their cutoff time my order would go out that day. It's now Monday the 4th and it JUST went out. I will not be purchasing through them again. I've had enough!

GBToo many cry babies I had a couple issues with leaking vape juice bottles..Sent pictures and replacements were sent immediately.. Recommended that they use better packaging from distribution center they sent me a thank you email for my suggestion..My next delivery and every since came in new and improved packaging...THEY DO CARE AND THEY DO LISTEN... I FIND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO BE IMPECCABLE... KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK CBDFX

GBI thought that they hadn't delivered… I thought that they hadn't delivered but my phone had decided to put in my work address (darn autofill!) rather than my own so YES it came on time as promised within 2 days. I brought the gelato vape with terpenes to try to de-stress, I have tried cheap CBD vape before with no effect at all BUT this stuff really works! Nice chill effect without the high from the herb, fully recommend it!
