Was in need of a Gel battery Was in need of a Gel battery. Searched on-line and found BatteryMart.com with the best price. Ordered a Group 31 Gel Battery and received it within three days. Can't believe that anyone would not want to order from BattteryMart. Thanks for the quick service.

Bad service is putting it too kindly. I bought a laptop battery from them 9 months ago, before it packed up. Although they advertise a 1 year warranty on the invoice, and repeatedly on their website, they now tell me that it is only a 6 month warranty. False advertising at best - fraud is closer to the point. By the sound of the reviews on this website, the batteries are generally rubbish. Unfortunately I didn't check them out properly before ordering the battery, if you are wiser than me - DON'T TOUCH THEM, THEY ARE CROOKS!

Easy and fast Great job, easy to figure out what battery to get for my 20+ year old motorcycle and it was delivered promptly. I got a sealed one and had to figure out what to do with the no-longer-useful fluid level sensor, but a bit of Googling answered that, still, my only criticism is that a bit of advanced warning and advice about that would have made this a 5 star review.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WONT ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS AND SENDS YOU TO GO GET ALL KINDS OF READINGS FROM THE BATTERY TO THEN TELL YOU WELL YOU'RE SOL, ITS OUT OF WARRANTY. AVOID AS THE PLAGUE AND GO FOR A SHOP THAT, ALBEIT A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE, ACTUALLY STANDS BEHIND THE CRAP THEY SELL. And in response to their comment: I am US based. I know who I bought from :D
