BatteryMart Ripped me off and I'm down almost $200 I ordered and expensive motorcycle battery for my Indian Chief which was designated a made for my bike's year and model. The battery did not fit. BatteryMart made me pay the $40 for return shipping and then when they received it, claimed it was damaged and would not supply a refund. I'm out close to $200 and have nothing but a black eye. What a horrible company!

Just received and installed the battery… Just received and installed the battery today. It appears well made and fit perfectly. Matched the old battery which was 15-20 years old perfectly. I pulled the briefly trigger after installation but before charging and the trimmer fired right up. I don't know how much of a charge is in the battery as it is shipped but I was heartened that the trimmer worked as if new. I appreciated the availability, the reasonable cost, and the reasonable delivery charge for the battery. All expectations met so far.

My 2nd battery purchase this… This is my 2nd battery purchase this year. 1st was for my Yamaha 1100, and this one for my wife's Honda Shadow 750. In both cases I pulled the old battery out to see the battery's model number and to measure the exact dimensions. With this information at hand it was super easy and fast to find the exact replacement battery needed on BatteryMart.com website. Delivery came in only a few days. Both batteries were fully charged and ready for immediate use.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WONT ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS AND SENDS YOU TO GO GET ALL KINDS OF READINGS FROM THE BATTERY TO THEN TELL YOU WELL YOU'RE SOL, ITS OUT OF WARRANTY. AVOID AS THE PLAGUE AND GO FOR A SHOP THAT, ALBEIT A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE, ACTUALLY STANDS BEHIND THE CRAP THEY SELL. And in response to their comment: I am US based. I know who I bought from :D

No running store to store. Just sit down at your computer for a couple of minutes (their site is easy & clear to navigate), find what your after, click, and go. Their prices are very competitive.
