Although the shipping was very fast the… Although the shipping was very fast the phone itself has issues. The battery life is very weak. Even with a rapid charger it takes hours to charge. The fingerprint sensor doesn't work at all. There seems to be a lack of quality control.

Efficient, with great communication. I had reservations before using but it was super fast and efficient. Price offered upon evaluation was $7 but they emailed same day as it arrived to them and asked if I wanted it shipped back free of charge or to accept the new rate - which was still well above competitors and stores such as Target or Amazon. Highly recommend for their rapid and clear communication. Free shipping both ways even if you don’t use their service makes this a no brainer.
