They make offers and then back out of them I got an offer from their website, waited a week for them to send me some "shipping kit" it finally arrived, I packed up and shipped my phone. Another week goes by, and I'm told the offer expired and they can no longer accept my phone? No reply on Email. Don't waste your time with Gadget Traders!💩

Sketchy Packaging The iPhone X I purchased was everything that the add asked for, however, the execution of the delivery was sub par. When I received the box, I was a little shocked at the condition of the packaging: excessive amount of tape (seemed to be over compensating for something?), damaged cardboard, and i could hear something rattling in the box. Upon opening the packaged, I found the iphone sitting in the bottom of the box, with the bubble wrap doing nothing, and the bubble wrap sleeve that the phone was supposed to be in, was opened, as if someone had already opened my package, and failed to return it to the original condition. Needless to say, I was concerned that someone had opened my package, and that the phone was damaged due to the improper repackaging. Not something I should've been concerned with. The phone works great, and condition same as advertised. Pretty disappointed in the condition of the packaging- whether someone opened it or not- pretty unacceptable if you ask me.
