This people This people! I made an offer for my iPhone 7 Plus 32GB the signal that it is to use only Boost Mobile. Efficient, with great communication. I had reservations before using but it was super fast and efficient. Price offered upon evaluation was $7 but they emailed same day as it arrived to them and asked if I wanted it shipped back free of charge or to accept the new rate - which was still well above competitors and stores such as Target or Amazon. Highly recommend for their rapid and clear communication. Free shipping both ways even if you don’t use their service makes this a no brainer.

Great product and fast shipping! The product I received (iPad Pro) was sold at an excellent price, was in mint condition as described, and arrived a day sooner than expected! It was shipped next day despite COVID-19. This was my first time using Swappa so I was a little skeptical but I glad I did it! This seller is wonderful!

Sketchy Packaging The iPhone X I purchased was everything that the add asked for, however, the execution of the delivery was sub par. When I received the box, I was a little shocked at the condition of the packaging: excessive amount of tape (seemed to be over compensating for something?), damaged cardboard, and i could hear something rattling in the box. Upon opening the packaged, I found the iphone sitting in the bottom of the box, with the bubble wrap doing nothing, and the bubble wrap sleeve that the phone was supposed to be in, was opened, as if someone had already opened my package, and failed to return it to the original condition. Needless to say, I was concerned that someone had opened my package, and that the phone was damaged due to the improper repackaging. Not something I should've been concerned with. The phone works great, and condition same as advertised. Pretty disappointed in the condition of the packaging- whether someone opened it or not- pretty unacceptable if you ask me.

Fake recent Reviews! Half of these recent 5 star reviews are people who work for their parent company RepairAll or own a franchise branch of it. So if they are willing to fake reviews should you trust them with your expensive phone? Don't bother giving them your business, you could sell it directly on Facebook or trade it in to a cellular company for more value than them unless it's a newer model. But again if they fake reviews do you trust them with a $1000 phone?
