CAI placed an order two months ago I placed an order two months ago. Have no tracking but it says it was sent out. Contacted the company with no response. Completely feel scammed. Such a small item shouldn’t take this long and the lack of any response from the company just makes me feel like I got scammed. Terrible. Do not order. You won’t receive your product. My friends also ordered and they are in the same situation

GBI used to love and support this company… I used to love and support this company when they first started... I was sad to see after returning a few years later that some of the flavors are gone. Their packaging is pretty nice, like Etsy single artist/store runner nice which is a step up from when it got mailed loosely all in one bag. The website has minimal information on it for several things including instructions or details on how new products work. The vape holding necklace is over priced cheap wire wrapping. And their discount codes and such mess with getting free shipping. Also every day I am flooded with offers for a "free gift" which ends up being a coupon for a 50% discount which is a coupon.... Not a gift. Also... If the website is also continuing a 50% off sale... This is jus misleading in all directions and annoying to receive daily emails about a not real gift. Coupons are not gifts. Trying to explain my frustrations to the CSR was met with invalidating shut down statements with no follow questions to understand anything that would maybe benefit their company and customer experience in the long run. Just shutting me down and coming off aggressive and callous instead of explaining things or trying to help me understand their website if not wanting to understand my experience. I'll be sending the necklace back and considering other companies in the future. This was meant to help my stress issues, not make them worse.
