I received email updates regarding the order and transit information daily. The glasses were delivered in a week! I am super happy with the product and the entire process. I will be ordering from MassGenie in the future.

GBI made the mistake of also trusting… I made the mistake of also trusting that they were a legitimate company. I purchased an item; the item was 'cancelled' but the amount they charged certainly was not. I am awaiting response from customer service. Regardless, I am extremely disappointed with this company. Like other reviewers, it is a shame that they are not held accountable.
