GBSurprisingly good deal. Nest thermo stat arrived rather quickly. It was genuine and I was only charged the amount expected even though the shipping label stated the original price. I would use MassGenie again

GBGot in on a deal for ps plus… Got in on a deal for ps plus membership. Had my electronic code within 24 hours of my purchase. The site is a little confusing on how purchases actually work, but I got what I wanted at a great price.

GBI ordered some board shorts from… I ordered some board shorts from Quicksilver from MassGenie. They approved my order and via email approved it. Then via email, they disapproved it. I called them by phone to ask why. Then they "reset" my order so that I could "reorder" the board shorts...I await the results of that order now.

GBI made the mistake of also trusting… I made the mistake of also trusting that they were a legitimate company. I purchased an item; the item was 'cancelled' but the amount they charged certainly was not. I am awaiting response from customer service. Regardless, I am extremely disappointed with this company. Like other reviewers, it is a shame that they are not held accountable.
