Received OBEX waterproof in damaged condition submitted email to customer service and never heard back. OBEX waterproof cover blocks speaker on Galaxy Note 3 making phone useless while in cover. Did not intend to put phone under water, just want to avoid high moisture exposure during workouts but can't answer the phone while in the cover. Delivery time great. However, Received in damaged condition. S-pen hatch torn from cover. Looks like it had been shipped and returned. Submitted email to customer service and no response almost a week later. Probably won't order or recommend SEIDO. Cutting my losses and going elsewhere.

Customer service excellent but product only average Website clear and easy, ordering simple, and company stays in contact every step until product arrives. Product functions well but looks like a "flea market bargain". Microphone muted by waterproofing membrane but using a Bluetooth headset or ear piece solves that issue plus the phone stays locked in the holster where it is safe. The holster/belt clip locks so phone cannot be released unintentionally. The only difficulty is installing the case over the "silent switch" properly so switch functions once the case is assembled.... Not a big deal but it would have saved time if the instructions highlighted the need to check that function before completing the assembly.

Excited about OBEX - Disappointed in Customer Service Greetings Eh! Have had great experiences in the past with Seidio, the reason for my disappointment this time. Confident this is something simple. Saw the OBEX available for iPhone 6 Plus = Stoked! Placed an online order Aug 3, 2015 Checked online for status Aug 6 = "Processing" Aug 10 = "Processing" Emailed Customer Service Aug 6 and 10, 2015 = No Response, Follow-Thru or Reply late Aug 12, 2015. Uncharacteristic for Seidio, highly uncharacteristic, must be a glitch in the matrix. Left a voicemail just now, need an answer. Looking forward to see how this is resolved. Hope all is well with The Seidio Families and Infrastructure.

Seidio Surface/Convert Combo I currently own a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (VZW) and have owned a variety of phones in the past. I love having the ability to run my phone slim or heavily protected with the option of using the holsters. I have shopped around with various slim and bulky cases, but Seidio is my go to brand. The fitment is exact, the grip is unbeatable as it doesn't slip out of my hand or pocket yet also doesn't get stuck when removing from my pocket. One side note about the case however is that it may not accommodate all screen protectors, especially tempered glass.

Excellent Product and Support I am a loyal repeat customer that buys the Seidio combos for all of my companies cell phones. They are durable and don't break like the others I have had before. We had one clip break (grabbed by the seat) and Seidio replaced it at no charge without any argument. I have recommended Seidio to my friends, many of whom have purchased them, and all of whom have been happy with the product!!
